With the deterioration of the external environment,the demand for skincare textile products is gradually increasing.The investigation shows that deodorant textiles have been the focus of attention.With the change of life quality and the development of new process and technology in the textile field,consumers exposed to the external environment for a long time put forward the demand for antioxidant function of clothing products.How to meet the market demand to develop a collection of antioxidant and deodorant functions in one of the composite function wearing fabric is worthy of study.In this paper,the functional raw material of vitamin E viscose fiber is a kind of modified viscose fiber.It is made by blending spinning,in which core-shell nanoparticles with tourmaline coated vitamin E are added in the spinning fluid.The fiber is spun into vitamin E viscose yarn by compact siro spinning.Firstly,the properties of vitamin E viscose fiber were tested.Then,four series of A?D interwoven fabrics were woven with mulberry silk and polyester filament as warp yarn,polyester yarn,vitamin E viscose yarn and T/vitamin E viscose fiber/R blended yarn(40/40/20)as weft yarn.The A series fabric keeps satin structure is 5/3 satin,and the warp is mulberry silk.The arrangement ratio of weft vitamin E viscose yarn and polyester yarn are 0:1,1:4,1:3,1:2,1:1,2:1,3:1,4:1,and 1:0,to discuss the effect of vitamin E viscose fiber content in weft yarn on fabric performance.The structure of series B fabric is 5/3 satin,and the warp is mulberry silk.The weft raw materials are T/vitamin E viscose fiber/R blended yarn(40/40/20)and polyester yarn.According to the weft ratio of 1:1,2:1,3:1,4:1 and 1:0,the relationship between fabric performance and the content of vitamin E viscose fiber in weft yarn is investigated.The weft insertion ratio of C series fabric is 1:0,that is the weft yarn is vitamin E viscose yarn,and the warp yarn is mulberry silk.Four leaves broken twill,2/1 twill,honeycomb weave,5/3 satin and 8/5satin weave are designed to approach the impact of different organization structures on fabric properties.The weft insertion ratio of D series fabric is 1:0,that is the weft is vitamin E viscose yarn,and the warp is polyester fiber.Four leaves broken twill,2/1twill,honeycomb weave,5/3 satin and 8/5 satin weave are designed to approach the influence of organization structure on fabric properties.The specification design scheme of fabric comprehensive performance optimization is determined by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.It is hoped to provide certain theory foundation and practical reference for the development of vitamin E viscose fiber composite function wearing fabrics.Based on the physical properties test of the morphological characteristics,fineness,moisture regain,tensile properties of vitamin E viscose fiber,the functionality and wearability of A?D four series fabrics are tested and analyzed,and the following conclusions are drawn:(1)The longitudinal surface of the fiber is rough,with grooves and uniform distribution of core-shell structured vitamin E nanoparticles;The transverse is irregular core structure,and the edge is serrated;The moisture regains of vitamin E viscose yarn and T/vitamin E viscose fiber /R blended yarn(40/40/20)are 10.37% and 6.68%,respectively.Compared with vitamin E viscose fiber yarn,the breaking strength of T/vitamin E viscose fiber /R blended yarn(40/40/20)is higher.(2)With the increase of the content of vitamin E viscose fiber in weft yarn,the oxidation resistance,deodorability,air permeability,moisture permeability,capillary wicking effect and softness of the fabric become better,and the pilling resistance is enhanced,but the stretchability and wrinkle recovery properties are weakened.Among them,when the content of vitamin E viscose fiber in weft yarn is 100%,the DPPH free radical elimination rate of the fabric reaches 83.32%,so the fabric has the best oxidation resistance;When the content of vitamin E viscose fiber in weft is ? 50%,the ammonia removal rate of fabric is > 80%.(3)The organization structure has obvious influence on the performance of the fabric,and the performance changes of the fabric are also different.When the structure is 8/5 satin weave,the fabric have good oxidation resistance,air permeability,moisture permeability capillary wicking effect and softness.When the structure is honeycomb weave,the fabric have good deodorability and stretchability;Four leaves broken twill weave fabric have better wrinkle recovery;Except for 8/5 satin weave fabric,the corresponding fabrics of other fabrics have good pilling resistance.(4)Comprehensive analysis shows that when the warp is mulberry silk,the content of vitamin E viscose fiber in weft is 100%,and the texture is 8/5 satin weave,it is the optimization scheme for the comprehensive performance of the fabric.For better catering to the market and promoting the added value and aesthetics of fabrics,the pattern of vitamin E viscose fiber composite function wearing fabric is further designed and developed.Choosing the appropriate pattern and color,and with a variety of elements to promote positive energy,this paper designs and develops 'ink feelings',' circle·reason',' fragrance·cure','shadow','planting·green','natural·rhyme'theme of vitamin E viscose fiber composite function clothing products.
