Silicone rubber button is an important electronic device in electronic products,but the assembly of silicone button is still manually inserted,assembly efficiency is low,labor cost is high.For assembling the plight of the silicone buttons,combining with the SMT,interference fit principle put forward a kind of silicone buttons can stick a resistance of automated assembly technology,designed the structure and the corresponding suction nozzle,silicone buttons through ANSYS finite element analysis software,FLUENT,the structure parameters,the material mechanical properties of the silicone buttons and suction nozzle's impact on the assembly technology.The main contents of the study include the following aspects:(1)Designed the structure of the silicone button which can be automatically assembled,designed the corresponding suction nozzle model and elaborated the automatic assembly process.Using ANSYS software to press and simulate the convex body of the silicone button work area,and through the formula of hand feel rate,the structure of the designed silicone button is verified to be reasonable.(2)Using ANSYS software to simulate the non-linear contact statics of the silicone button,analyze the change of the inserting force of the suction nozzle during the key assembly process and the stress and strain distribution of the silicone button.(3)The influence of the structure of the silicone button on its automatic assembly technology was studied.The interference amount,taper and diameter of the inner hole of the silicone button's structural parameters were taken as single independent variables,and the nonlinear contact simulation was carried out in groups.The influences of the interference amount,taper and diameter of the inner hole on the insertion force and the maximum insertion force in the process of the suction nozzle assembling the silicone button were studied respectively.(4)The influence of mechanical property parameters of silicone button material on automatic assembly technology was studied.The elastic modulus and friction coefficient of the mechanical properties of the material were taken as single independent variables respectively,and the nonlinear contact simulation was carried out in groups.The influences of the elastic modulus and friction coefficient on the insertion force and the maximum insertion force in the process of the suction nozzle assembly of the silicone button were studied respectively.(5)Study the influence of suction nozzle on automatic assembly technology.According to the different parts of the suction and pressure installation,12 different silica gel button suction nozzles were designed.Fluent finite element software was used to simulate the internal flow field of the suction nozzles.The suction effect and performance of different nozzles were analyzed and compared.The static stress of the suction nozzle with better suction was simulated to analyze the stress distribution when the suction nozzle pressed the silicone button.The results show that the structure of the automatic assembly silicone button designed in this paper is reasonable.In the whole process of inserting the silicone button,the size of the inserting force increases with the increase of the interference between the silicone button and the PCB hole,with the increase of the elastic modulus of the silicone button,and with the increase of the friction coefficient.The effect of pin taper and inner hole diameter on cartridge force should be discussed in stages.In surface suction nozzles,the suction force and performance of cylindrical cavity nozzles are better.In the whole suction nozzle,the suction and performance of the round cavity nozzle are the best.When the key pin is inserted into the PCB hole,the structural stress of the insertion nozzle is concentrated in the thimble,so it is necessary to choose a tougher and harder material as the thimble material.Plane drain into type,overall drain into the type of suction nozzle pressure stress distribution more uniform and reasonable,not appear stress concentration phenomenon.
