With the rapid development of China and the world economy,the concepts of innovation-driven,quality improvement and green development have become the development trend of a new round of manufacturing industry.Therefore,enterprises adopt new product development methods of modular design,in order to enhance product innovation ability,quickly respond to the market,improve product quality,and realize the individualized and diversified market demand for products.Firstly,the background of enterprise product modularization is introduced.the status quo of modularization design and the significance of modularization design of household soymilk machine are introduced.In the new round of industrial revolution,innovative drive,quality improvement,green development and other concepts have become the trend of manufacturing development.For this reason,enterprises adopt product modular design method to enhance product innovation ability,respond to the market quickly and improve product quality.Modular design method has been widely used in aerospace,automobile,furniture,computer and other fields,but in the field of small household appliances is less.Joyoung company's household soymilk machine as its core small household appliances products,sales,market share is high.In order to further enhance the competitiveness of soybean milk machine,it also developing towards multi-varieties and small batches.In order to meet the diverse needs of customers quickly and at low cost,modular design is of great significance.The relationship model of modular design and evaluation of household soybean milk machine is proposed.The modular design method of household soybean milk machine is put forward.Evaluating the value and level of modularization of household soybean milk machine from two dimensions of modularization benefit and modularization degree.At the same time,the modular evaluation of soybean milk machine also promotes and improves its modular design process.Based on a large number of product design and production data of soybean milk machine in Joyoung Company,the modular design process method system of soybean milk machine is proposed,including modular analysis,modular product platform construction and modular design application.Modular analysis provides the foundation for the establishment of modular product platform.Modular product platform of soymilk machine includes design specifications,design templates and product design examples.Based on the modular design platform of soybean milk machine,product configuration design and product variant design can be carried out.The modular evaluation of household soybean milk machine includes two parts: modularity benefit evaluation and modularity degree evaluation.The modular benefit evaluation is carried out from the aspects of enterprise economic benefit,enterprise management benefit and social benefit.The economic benefits of enterprises include reducing product costs and improving product quality.Management benefits include shortening the development cycle and improving maintainability.Social benefits include reducing waste of resources and improving environmental protection.Modularity evaluation includes module reuse,product diversity,product standardization level,module interface consistency,etc.Modular design and evaluation of household soybean milk machine.Taking the development of a soybean milk machine of Joyoung company as an example,the modular design process is discussed.According to the definition of product requirements,some sub-modules of crushing module,heating module,upper module,lower module and display control module are designed by configuration design method.Some appearance parts are designed quickly by variant design method.After product design check and prototype verification,mass production of products that meet the needs is produced.Combined with enterprise ERP data,project management data and other business management data,according to the evaluation method proposed in Chapter IV,the efficiency improvement and modularization degree before and after modularization are calculated.Main innovation points:1.The modular design and modular evaluation system of household soybean milk machine is put forward.2.A modular design method based on enterprise product development platform is proposed.3.Quantitative evaluation index of product modularity is proposed.4.A practical example of modular design and modular evaluation of soybean milk machine is formed.
