Gangchen Logistics Park is the largest steel trading center in Anhui Province.In recent years,with the promotion of "Internet +",the traditional steel storage model has gradually transformed and moved towards a modern storage model.However,the park is facing serious traffic congestion,especially as the economy develops,the types of steel traded increase,the volume of steel traded increases,and the trading structure changes,congestion increases.Based on the survey data of the park,this study studied the correlation between steel,cargo location,vehicles,orders,and outbound orders from the two perspectives of design and operation,and found the cause of congestion.From the perspective of steel layout design,the steel SKUs in same in-outbound orders are stored in different yards,and the steel SKUs with more in-outbound are stored in the yards with low accessibility,resulting in unnecessary transfer and movement of transportation vehicles;from park operation perspective,one copy order or outbound order often correspond to multiple outbound vehicles,and a truck will also be loaded with more than one steel SKUs,which aggravates the congestion caused by unreasonable layout,and also puts forward higher requirements on the layout.Therefore,how to scientifically and effectively optimize the distribution of steel SKUs is the primary problem to be solved in this research.First,the author introduces the three core theories in the research: the layout planning theory of the logistics park,including the applicable scenarios,objectives and principles,methodology,models and algorithms of the layout planning;the market basket analysis,including application scenarios,improvement methods,classic algorithms and variables;the accessibility,including definitions,research methods,measurement indicators,etc.Secondly,this study improved SLP based on market basket analysis and accessibility,and constructed a multi-objective dynamic optimization layout model.In a layout cycle,that is,static layout,the goal of the model is to maximize the degree of steel relevance and minimize the matching difference between steel and cargo location in yard.Among them,the market basket analysis is used to determine the degree of steel correlation,and the accessibility is used to measure the accessibility of the cargo location.Between multiple layout cycles,that is,dynamic layout,the goal of the model is to maximize the utilization of cargo space and minimize the total cost of dynamic layout.Thirdly,in order to solve the larger-scale mathematical model,this research uses the elite retention strategy and the roulette strategy to improve the genetic algorithm,which improves the speed and quality of the solution.Then,based on the two perspectives of traffic improvement and park operation,four evaluation indicators,including the number of vehicle transitions,vehicle stay time and storage utilization,and the total cost of dynamic layout,were selected to evaluate the layout plan,and the first two indicators were solved with the help of Anylogic simulation.Finally,compared with the original layout plan,the traffic evaluation indicators of the static layout have improved by 10% and 14%.Based on the traffic and operation indicators,this study conducted a sensitivity analysis on the division of the dynamic layout period,and obtained 7 layout schemes and corresponding index values for decision-makers' reference and selection.This research has 35 pictures,7 tables,and 92 references.
