Logistics park is an important part of modem logistics system and it is an important part of the development of modem logistics industry to a specific period.The proposal of the "The Belt and Road" initiative brings great opportunities for the steel logistics industry.The demand for steel in various regions is increasing year by year,but the logistics facilities are relatively weak.This provides the best opportunity for the expansion of the steel logistics industry.At present,the planning of steel logistics park,like other types of logistics park,is facing the problems of low efficiency,high logistics cost and unscientific Park planning.Scientific and rational layout planning of logistics park plays an important role in improving operation efficiency and overall operation level.Gangchen logistics park is the largest steel logistics park and steel trading center in Anhui province.With the gradual implementation of "Internet +",the traditional steel warehousing is gradually upgrading.However,the traffic congestion in the park still exists,such as unreasonable route planning and excessive length of transportation vehicles.Therefore,how to solve the traffic congestion problem in the park scientifically and effectively is the primary goal of the park layout planning.Firstly,this paper introduces the layout theory of logistics park,including the goal and principle of layout planning,the operation system of steel logistics park,System Layout Planning(SLP)and system simulation method.Secondly,taking Gangchen logistics park as an example,this paper analyzes the current situation of Gangchen logistics park.It includes the existing traffic congestion problems,the situation of warehousing and discharging of threaded steel yard,the linear logistics line and the road design in the park.Thirdly,this paper uses the SLP method to study the layout planning of the threaded steel yard in Gangchen logistics park.It analyzes respectively the basic elements,logistics relationship,non-logistics relationship and comprehensive relationship.It obtains the layout location of Gangchen Logistics Park by the relation table,ethod and the plan of the Gangchen logistics park.Finally,this paper combines with VISSIM simulation software.It analyzes the layout schemes before and after planning from the perspective of traffic,and compares the simulation results of the layout schemes before and after planning from the perspective of traffic flow characteristic parameters and queuing characteristic parameters.At the same time,on the basis of the planning scheme,it optimizes the traffic of Gangchen logistics park and compares the advantages and disadvantages of the schemes before and after the traffic optimization.It finally obtains the layout plan of Gangchen logistics park.
