| The relationship between economic growth and energy consumption is inseparable.The role and significance of transportation industry as the basic industry of national economy can not be ignored.As the main body of energy consumption in China,the construction and improvement of the transportation link of coal is bound to affect the energy market and regional economy.At present,China’s coal "de capacity" is further deepened,the trend of coal production to the northwest inland area is more and more obvious,and the distance between China’s coal consumption area is also further increased.The long-distance transportation capacity of China’s coal has become a problem worthy of attention.At the same time,China’s transportation industry is in the stage of further optimization and upgrading.In terms of freight transport,with the new construction of large-scale heavy-duty railway,the expansion of the original railway and the continuous and in-depth promotion of "public to rail",the pattern of coal transportation is also changing.The study of the economic impact of the existing coal transportation railway line can provide reference and basis for grasping the changes of regional economy and Industry under the new environment and background.In this paper,the existing coal industry and transportation system in China are sorted out,and combined with the existing economic theory to sort out the path of the coal railway line affecting the regional economy.In order to further clarify this impact,this paper takes the Datong Qinhuangdao line,Houyue line and shenhuang Huangdao line,which are important coal transportation special lines in China,as the research object,establishes a multi-stage dual difference model,and conducts an empirical study with the relevant economic data of 350 cities from 1986 to 2010.Because of its long opening time,the impact on the regional economy has experienced a short-term impact to a long-term stable stage,the development is relatively complete and the path is clear,which has a good reference significance for analyzing and judging the economic impact of the new coal transportation special line.It is found that,first,the opening of coal transportation special line can promote regional economic growth,but from the perspective of overall development,it may also cause the further expansion of regional development gap in China.Second,the opening of coal transportation special line can directly reduce the production cost of enterprises,promote the aggregation of enterprises,and significantly promote the development of regional secondary industry.Third,the external effects brought by the opening of coal transportation special line can promote the development of related tertiary industry to a certain extent.Fourth,in light of the actual situation,the relevant areas affected by the new coal railway should make strategic planning in advance according to the direction and path of its economic impact,so as to give full play to its economic effect and promote the optimization and upgrading of regional industrial structure. |
