Since the reform and opening up,China's rapid economic development. But the extensive mode of economic growth has been difficult to sustainand by the impact of the global economy,China's economic growth downward pressure. Therefore, the timely transformation of economic development and improve the quality of economic growth have become the focus of China's economic policy. At the same time, energy conservation and industrial restructuring is one of the key point two aspects. At the same time, with the economic and social development, especially the irrational production and lifestyle, resulting in a sharp increase in global carbon emissions,it has aroused widespread concern in the international community. So,reduce carbon emissions has become an important part of the work of the government and industrial restructuring has become an important way to reduce carbon emissions. In this context, how to achieve economic growth and carbon emissions decline has become the focus of policy research. So the system of economic growth, industrial structure and the relationship between carbon emissions is necessary, this will not only help us to deepen the relevant knowledge, but also conducive to put forward targeted response measures.Based on the above background and significance, this paper takes economic growth as the core variable and analyzes the interactive relationship between economic growth, industrial structure and carbon emissions. The main research ideas and steps are as follows:First, review the research literature and summarize the research ideas.Second, the first analysis of the economic growth, industrial structure and the meaning of carbon emissions,on the basis of which the three variables in the three constitute the position of the economic system and further analyzes the interaction between economic growth, industrial structure and carbon emissions from a theoretical point of view.Thirdly, the meaning of the optimization and rationalization of industrial structure has been defined and its connection has been explained. Finally,we construct the measure of relevant variables and use the data of 1981?2014 in our country to make a descriptive analysis. In order to reveal the interactive relationship between economic growth, industrial structure and carbon emissions, the VAR model was further analyzed and the Granger causality test, impulse response analysis and variance decomposition analysis were carried out.At last,in view of tthe optimization of the industrial structure of the further decomposition and the EKC hypothesis is verified by using nonlinear regression model and panel data model. The conclusions are as follows,China's between economic growth and the optimization of the industrial structure have the two-way causal relationship. The rationalization of industrial structure and economic growth have one-way causal relationship and its role in promoting economic growth is far greater than the optimization of the industrial structure.Meanwhile,in the short term,The rationalization of industrial structure of the promoted the advanced value having a small effect is mainly due to the effect of the dynamic transfer function is small, the advantage of leading industries and emerging industries and drive action is not being fully exploited. In addition, carbon emissions and the optimization of the industrial structure, the rationalization of industrial structure have a one-way causal relationship.Furthermore,Furthermore, the EKC hypothesis is validated from two perspectives:period difference and regional difference. The results show that the EKC hypothesis in different periods and regions is different.Based on the above conclusions, the corresponding suggestions are given.
