| Pump-controlled forging hydraulic press has the advantages of simple transmission system structure,fast response speed,high sensitivity,stable operation process,etc.,and it is widely used in the field of free forging production.In this paper,combined with the 22 MN pump-controlled forging hydraulic press technical transformation work,the system and related technologies were studied,its composition and working principle were deeply analyzed,the dynamic characteristics of its hydraulic system were studied,the control system architecture was designed,and related software was developed.The thesis studied the working principle of the hydraulic system of the 22 MN pumpcontrolled forging hydraulic press,the working principle of the sine pump(bidirectional variable radial piston pump),the function of the hydraulic system circuit of the hydraulic press,the overall action process of the press and the control method.The hydraulic servo control system model of the two-way variable mechanism of the sine pump and the hydraulic servo control system model of the forging hydraulic press were established using AMESim software,and the dynamic characteristics were simulated and analyzed.The simulation results showed that the 22 MN pump-controlled hydraulic forging press system has a high response speed and smoothness of action.At the same time,the 22 MN pumpcontrolled forging hydraulic press unit control system was researched.Based on the PROFINET industrial Ethernet technology,related control systems were designed,unit control software was developed,and field commissioning applications were carried out.The operating results of the 22 MN pump-controlled forging hydraulic press unit show that the various technical parameters of the original system are maintained after comprehensive technical transformation,the forging accuracy of the press is controlled at±1mm,the forging frequency of normal forging reaches 30 times/min,and the frequency of fast forging forging reaches 60 times/min,the pressing speed and lifting speed of the press are 105mm/s and 150mm/s respectively,the maximum pressure of the main cylinder reaches35 MPa,and the automation degree,response speed and control performance of the system are greatly improved,and the control system The system structure is simple,and the reliability and maintainability of the unit have been greatly improved. |
