Low concentration gas is not only a high temperature chamber gas,but also a clean energy.In response to the national strategy,based on the research of low concentration gas direct combustion technology,a low concentration gas direct combustion device is established.Because low concentration gas direct combustion has unique process requirements,it is necessary to establish a low concentration gas direct combustion control system according to its combustion control characteristics.Based on the analysis of the structure and control requirements of the combustion device,a low concentration gas direct combustion control system is established.Firstly,the structure and process flow of low concentration gas direct combustion system are analyzed,and the control requirements of combustion system are summarized.On this basis,the control strategy of combustion system is formulated.According to the characteristics of large time delay and nonlinearity of combustion system,fuzzy PID is selected as the controller.Because the parameters of fuzzy PID controller are subjective,the improved genetic algorithm is applied to optimize the membership function and fuzzy rules of the controller.The optimization method an d process are described in detail,and the control effect of the optimized controller is compared with other controllers by simulation analysis.Secondly,the establishment of low concentration gas direct combustion control system is described.The overall structure of the control system and the selection of some equipment and instruments are given.Taking Siemens S7-200 smart PLC as the controller,the IO port of PLC is allocated,and the external wiring diagram of each module and some control programs are given.At the same time,WinCC is used to build the upper computer operation monitoring system for on-line monitoring and control of the combustion system.The low concentration gas direct combustion control system built in this paper can meet the control requirements of the low concentration gas direct combustion device in the process of practical application,and ensure the safe and stable operation of the device.Figure[55]Table[9]Reference[69]...
