As a new material with excellent properties such as light weight,high strength and corrosion resistance,carbon fiber has been widely used in aviation,military and other fields.The molding of carbon fiber products is inseparable from the weaving process,and the good development of the weaving process is inseparable from the carbon fiber winding process,and the winding product provides carbon fiber yarns for the weaving process.The carbon fiber winder is a winding and unwinding device that realizes the winding of carbon fiber.With the wider application of carbon fiber,new requirements are also put forward for the carbon fiber winder.The status quo faced by carbon fiber winders,first of all,the characteristics of carbon fiber make it easy to fold and fluff,which is easy to cause poor quality of carbon fiber winding products,and even carbon fiber yarn breakage;The operations such as knotting are mainly done manually,which cannot realize automatic production,and there are problems of low production efficiency and high labor cost.In view of the above problems,this paper proposes to design a fully automatic carbon fiber winder,which can realize automatic winding while fitting the performance of carbon fiber.The main research contents are as follows:Firstly,through the analysis of the existing carbon fiber winder mechanism and motion,combined with the characteristics of carbon fiber,the design requirements and process flow of the carbon fiber automatic winder are clarified,and the overall design scheme of the carbon fiber automatic winder is proposed,including the unwinding module,Winding module,cutting module and knotting module.For stable winding requirements,the active unwinding method is adopted;the direct drive winding method and the ball screw reciprocating line method are used to achieve precise winding;Difficulties in automatic carbon fiber knotting,determine the carbon fiber knotting method,and design a carbon fiber knotter;synthesizing the scheme and design of each module,the overall design of the carbon fiber automatic winder is obtained.Then,the theoretical analysis and mechanism design of the winding module of the carbon fiber automatic winder are carried out.Theoretical analysis and research of the winding part of the carbon fiber winder in the carbon fiber winder is carried out by using the winding principle,and the relationship between various parameters in different winding types is clarified;End stability conditions;analyze the two major problems of heavy layer and overlap that affect winding forming,and obtain the pitch requirements for carbon fiber to achieve good winding;analyze the influence of carbon fiber winding radius on winding tension,and establish a relationship between the winding radius The tension mathematical model is used to determine the tension adjustment scheme,so as to realize the constant tension winding of carbon fiber.Through the design scheme of the winding module,the wire arrangement and winding mechanism are designed and selected to realize the winding function of the carbon fiber automatic winder.Finally,taking the new carbon fiber knot as the research object,split its knot forming steps and clarify the design requirements,put forward the design scheme of carbon fiber knotter and carry out specific design.Analyze the mechanism functions required for carbon fiber knot forming and clarify the motion sequence of the knotter.Subdivide the functions of the mechanical part of the knotter into yarn clamping-shearing-looping-pulling-yarn clamping-yarn guiding-yarn lifting-knot forming motion.Complete the design and selection of the looping mechanism,yarn clamping and looping mechanism,yarn guiding mechanism,yarn pulling mechanism and yarn lifting mechanism according to the functional requirements,so as to realize the knot forming of carbon fiber by means of mechanical knot,Help carbon fiber winder realize full automation.
