Carbon/carbon composite material is an emerging structured composite material that is graphitized and reinforced on the basis of carbon fiber.It has excellent properties such as ablation resistance and high temperature resistance.It is developing rapidly as a new type of high temperature resistant structural and functional integrated engineering material.It is widely used in aerospace,military,medical and other fields.The carbon fiber reinforced winding preform adopts fiber winding technology to enhance the mechanical properties of the preform,which can give full play to the excellent performance of carbon fiber.Based on the needling forming of carbon/carbon composite crucibles,this paper uses carbon fiber for reinforcement winding on the basis of needling forming.Based on the research and status analysis of filament winding technology at home and abroad,the research aims to strengthen the preform of carbon/carbon crucible.Winding methods and key technologies to achieve enhanced winding of carbon/carbon crucible preforms.The main research contents are as follows:According to the shape and structure of the crucible core mold and the traditional winding technology,it is divided into two parts: the head section and the cylindrical section to determine the winding line type of the carbon/carbon crucible preform.The non-geodesis theory is established for crucible mandrels of different sizes.The basic carbon fiber winding line design method,the overall line design method is summarized,and the winding line type is simulated by MTALAB software.Carry out the scheme design of the carbon/carbon crucible preform reinforced winding device,and determine the main structure and transmission form of the device by comparing different design schemes.The main structure includes the X/Z-direction translation table,the winding mechanism and the core mold rotation mechanism.The structure is designed in detail,the structural dimensions of the parts are determined through theoretical analysis,and the virtual prototype of the carbon/carbon crucible preform reinforced winding device is established through the Pro/E software.Based on the designed carbon/carbon crucible preform reinforced winding device,in order to realize the winding process,it can be carried out according to the designed winding line type.The X/Z direction translational trajectory of the carbon/carbon crucible preform reinforced winding device is studied,and the winding trajectory was further verified by the reverse solution doff point coordinates,and the influence of the turning motion on the winding line shape was explored,and the MATLAB software was used for simulation analysis.According to the design plan of the carbon/carbon crucible preform reinforced winding device and the requirements of the device's respective degree of movement trajectory,the control system of the carbon/carbon crucible preform reinforced winding device is designed,and the software and hardware of the control system are designed and selected.Verify the reinforced winding of carbon/carbon crucible preforms.
