Research Of Elderly's High Speed Blender Design Based On Gerontechnology

Against the background of the increasingly significant aging trend,society's attention to the nutrition and health of the elderly is also rising.In the kitchen scene,the elderly's dietary health needs and kitchen processing and cooking requirements are increasing,and intelligent and information-based kitchen products can provide substantial help for the elderly.As a new type of kitchen appliance emerging in recent years,the high-speed blender is in line with the modern health orientation,especially it can provide convenience for the elderly in diet,and is favored by the elderly.However,the design of the current high-speed blender is still known for its multi-function and does not take into account the real needs of the elderly,such as a healthy diet,fast cooking,safety and ease of use,etc.Difficulties in using intelligent technology.The purpose of Gerontechnology is to use means such as design technology to enable the elderly to live independently and participate in society in a healthy,comfortable,and safe manner.Therefore,how to tap the real needs of users under the Gerontechnology theory,and on this basis to design and innovate a high-speed blender suitable for the elderly to achieve the purpose of Gerontechnology,is the focus of this research.This research is mainly divided into four parts,namely: theoretical analysis;product research;user research;design practice.The first part is theoretical analysis.Firstly,the origin and definition of Gerontechnology are sorted out through literature research.Secondly,the connotation of Gerontechnology is explained,and the intersection of "home and daily activities" and "enhancement and satisfaction" are identified as the focus of this research.,and disassembled the connotation of "strengthening and satisfying";then sorted out Gerontechnology's methods in design innovation,and then guided the development of design research.The second part is product research,through market research to understand the market status of high-speed blenders at home and abroad,and a detailed analysis of different types of high-speed blender products on the market,summarizing the shortcomings of the current highspeed blender and discussing the current suitable for the elderly.Design trends for high-speed blender.The third part is user research,which is mainly divided into qualitative and quantitative user research.Qualitative user research firstly used desktop research to gain insight into the physiological and psychological characteristics of the elderly,and then used observation and interview methods to conduct research on elderly users who use a high-speed blender,sort out the relevant needs of users using a high-speed blender,and create a user role model.In terms of quantitative user research,the connotation of "strengthening and satisfaction" corresponds to the dimension of user needs,and the dimension of user needs is divided;the KANO questionnaire is used to obtain relevant data,and the relevant needs of the elderly using highspeed blender are classified and prioritized Rank ordering provides a reference for the design strategy and product design practice of the subsequent high-speed blender.The fourth part is the design practice of a high-speed blender suitable for the elderly.First,the design strategy of a high-speed blender is proposed;secondly,four systems of safe operation protection,efficient food processing,interactive operation assistance,and intelligent health management are built through demand-function mapping;The FAST function analysis system technology method systematically analyzes the product functions,and outputs a highspeed blender product design scheme suitable for the elderly;finally,the design scheme is evaluated by building a product prototype and using the Likert scale.Based on Gerontechnology,this research systematically excavates the actual needs of the elderly for the design of high-speed blender,outputs design strategies and guides the design of high-speed blender suitable for the elderly,and finally evaluates and verifies the effectiveness of the scheme.Product innovation of high-speed blender used by the elderly provides a new theoretical reference.
