| The homogenize mechanism of continuous flow fluctuation influent concentration baffled homogenize pool is unknown,hamper the derivation of structural homogenize equation and structural optimization,it also directly affects the engineering application.By abstracting the physical model,introducing the parameter of pool strcture like the number of inlets、the number of gallerys、perforated baffled’s aperture size,etc,based on the baffled homogenize pool mathematical model of import impact load changes,adopt“time-traced-bake”approach,derived the baffled homogenize pool structural equation with sine wave and square wave functions import;LabVIEW simulation is used to obtain baffled homogenize pool’s theory inlet and outlet concentration curve and k value under different structural parameter;Fluent software is used to simulate the single gallery reciprocating baffled homogenize pool’s distribution of the flow field and different inlets reciprocating baffled homogenize pool’s concentration contours and contous of stream functions,verify the accuracy of fluid flow assumptions and the practical error of the structural equation.We can draw these conclusions from the theoretical and experiment result:1)Derived the baffled homogenize pool structural equation with sine wave and square wave functions import including the structure parameter of the number of inlets、the number of gallerys、perforated baffled’s aperture size,etc.2)Writing LabVIEW simulation program based on the baffled homogenize pool structural equation.Discovery that comprehensive k value of reciprocating baffled homogenize pool,perforated in opposite side baffled homogenize pool,perforated in same side baffled homogenize pool are gradually increase from 0.65~0.79,0.51~0.88,0~0.75,respectively.These indicated that the effect of reciprocating baffled homogenize pool is more serious than two types of perforated baffled homogenize pool when change the number of inlets.The homogenize effect of two types of perforated baffled homogenize pool is better than the reciprocating baffled homogenize pool with the same number of inlets.When the number of inlets less than four,the homogenize effect of the perforated in same side baffled homogenize pool is better than the perforated in opposite side baffled homogenize pool.It has the reverse effect when the number of inlets more than four.3)Control other factors unchanged,LabVIEW software is used to simulate the perforated baffled homogenize pool’s k value when the aperture size gradually increase from 0.002m to 0.07m.When the aperture size gradually increase from0.002m to 0.03m,k value stabilise at around 0.84±0.02.When the aperture size gradually increase from 0.03m to 0.07m,k value rapidlly decrease from 0.82 to 0.35,results show that the perforated in same side baffled homogenize pool seems work best when the aperture size between 0.002~0.03m.4)LabVIEW software is used to simulate perforated baffled homogenize pool orthogonal experiment.Three factors are the number of inlets,aperture size and the side of baffle,respectively.The result shows that orthogonal experiment range are0.08,0.05 and 0.04,respectively.The result indicated that the sidnificant effect degree of perforated baffled homogenize pool is the number of inlets>aperture size>the side of baffle.5)Fluent software is used to simulate the single gallery baffled reciprocating homogenize pool,intercepting three section through x axis to generating the contour of velocity vector.Discovey that the velocity vector in gallery mainly distributed in the direction of fluid push flow,there are almost no velocity vector in the vertical direction of fluid push flow,which is consistent with physical modeling push flow hypothesis.6)The outlet concentration curve relative average deviation percent of the reciprocating baffled homogenize pool theoretical simulation and experiment result all below 20%,theoretical simulation k value has the same tendency of experiment k value.Doing eight inlets perforated in opposite side baffled homogenize pool verification experiment,the relative average deviation percent of theoretical simulation and experiment outlet concentration curve is 6.8%.K value of eight inlets perforated in opposite side baffled homogenize pool and reciprocating baffled homogenize pool are 0.75 and 0.78,respectively.7)On the basis of research results,design a 200m~3/h practical perforated in opposite side baffled homogenize pool,provide template for engineering applications. |
