Research On The New Business Development Strategy Of Solid Waste Enterprises Based On Garbage Classification

With the progress of people’s living standards,the amount and variety of household waste is increasing day by day.According to statistics,by the end of 2017,China’s annual household waste clearance volume reached 215 million tons.At the same time,the central government’s policies have been introduced intensively.On June 2,2019,General Secretary Xi Jinping issued an important directive on the classification of garbage,calling for the classification of garbage to be a national event and for all departments to do a good job of guidelines,policies and objectives.The waste classification policy system has been developed and the comprehensive work has been put into full swing.This paper takes Hanlan environment company as an example to analyze the current situation,environment,existing problems and reasons of business development under the background of waste classification.Then,in view of the background of waste classification and the lack of business strategy development of Hanlan environment company,design targeted optimization and improvement strategies and formulate the guarantee measures for the implementation of the improvement strategies.The research of this paper can directly provide reference for Hanlan environment company to further optimize and adjust its business development strategy,and also can provide indirect reference for other solid waste enterprises to optimize their business development strategy.This paper points out that in order to promote the implementation of new business in Hanlan environment company under the background of waste classification,it is necessary to establish an operation management system that meets the needs of new business development,establish a new business implementation promotion group to strengthen the support for strategy implementation,strengthen the risk management and control of new business implementation,and promote the continuous improvement of the internal environment of new business implementation.
