The safety problem has always been the focus of the construction field, and its safety production situation is severe.Among them, the unsafe behavior of workers is the main cause of safety accidents.Noise,as the most common risk factor in the working environment,is an important factor that often causes casualties.Long-term work in the environment of high noise, people appear hearing impairment, fatigue, depression, irritability and other physiological and psychological discomfort, but also can make people’s memory, thinking ability and other ability to reduce. The worker’s physiology and psychology are affected by its living environment and background all the time, and finally determine its behavior.Construction noise causes adverse effects on the physiological, psychological and behavioral levels of workers, and the probability of unpredictable behavior errors will increase, thus burying potential accidents for construction enterprises, which may lead to production safety accidents in construction enterprises.Based on the characteristics of construction noise and the identification of construction noise sources, this paper studied the effects of construction noise on the physiology, psychology and behavior of workers by means of on-site interview, measurement and experiment. The parameters of physiological, psychological and behavioral changes of workers in noisy environment were determined.By simulating the construction site noise environment,24 subjects were given three single noise sources and two mixed noise stimuli respectively, and different noise levels were set.Through the experiment, the variation trend of the physiological, psychological and behavioral parameters of the subjects in the construction noise environment is obtained.Heart rate, blood pressure and degree of annoyance all showed an upward trend with the increase of noise level, among which all parameters except heart rate were significantly different at different sound pressure levels, and there were gender differences in heart rate and blood pressure.Secondly, the ability to be trialed decreases significantly with the increase of noise level. In addition, the parameters caused by different noises are not significantly different.Single noise and mixed noise show similar trend. Finally, the correlation analysis of the subjects’ physiology, psychology and behavior is carried out,and the results show that there is a strong correlation between the workers’ behavior ability and the physiological and psychological parameters.Based on this, the regression analysis is carried out,and the regression equation between the physiological and psychological parameters and the behavioral ability is obtained. Therefore, the construction enterprise can measure the heart rate, blood pressure and degree of annoyance of the operator to get the reaction ability and concentration ability of the operator, and then arrange appropriate operators according to different operation requirements.Through the study of this paper, the physiological, psychological and behavioral changes of the subjects in the construction noise environment,as well as the relationship between physiological, psychological and behavioral changes are clarified.Based on this, some measures are put forward, such as controlling and managing the noise source and its propagation way, strengthening the personal protection of the noise contactors, rational allocation of work by the management of construction enterprises, and the management of noise hazards by the administrative departments. Thus,it is helpful to improve the working environment of construction site, promote the safe production of construction, and guarantee the health of construction workers.
