| Since the IndustrialRevolution,the speed of social development has been accelerating gradually.Human economic activities have imposed a serious burden on the environment.Theenvironmental carrying capacity has reached or approached the upper limit,resulting in severe challenges to the protection of the ecological environment.Therefore,environmental issues have become an important issue of concern tohuman society.As we all know,Shandong Province,as an important economicprovince in China,relies excessively on high-carbon and heavy-duty industriesin the process of economic development,which leads to more and more pollutionemissions caused by excessive energy consumption,thus causing a great negativeimpact on the environment.Therefore,for Shandong Province,according todifferent regions,it is a very worthwhile problem to put forward differential improvement measures and improve environmental efficiency.This paper takes ShandongProvince as the research object,chooses labor input,capital input and energyinput as input elements,chooses GDP and environmental pollution comprehensiveindex as expected output and non-expected output respectively.The paper usesnon-radial super-efficiency SBM non-expected output model to calculate theenvironmental efficiency of 17 cities in Shandong Province from 2005 to 2016,and it is variance analysis,coefficient of variation,K-Means clusteranalysis and spatial exploratory analysis that were used to analyze thedifference,its variation trend and spatial aggregation of environmentaleffciency,among cities and regions in Shandong Povince.Secondly,Malmquistindex is used to study the growth of total factor productivity of environmentalefficiency in Shandong Province.in order to explore the causes ofenvironmental inefficiency and the dynamic evolution characteristics ofenvironmental efficiency in Shandong Province.Finally,the panel Tobit model isused to analyse Influencing factor of the Environmental efficiency.Finally,this paper draws aconclusion:first,there are significant differences in environmentalefficiency in the eastern,central and western regions of shandong province,and there are differences among 17 different cities.Secondly,the environmentalefficiency of shandong province is at the forefront of the effective city,which has not formed the spatial aggregation effect,and has not realized itsradiation driving effect.Third,technological progress plays a leading role inthe improvement of environmental efficiency in shandong,while thedeterioration of pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency restricts thegrowth of environmental efficiency.Fourth,The industrial structure,per capitaGDP,opening-up level,energy intensity and urbanization level of ShandongProvince are negatively correlated with environmental eficiency,while thesquarc term of per capita GDP and scientific and technological input are positivelycorrelated with environmental efficiency. |
