Research On The Risk Management Of Comprehensive Utilization Project Of Recycled Plastic Particles Of R Company

During 13^thfive-year period,economic development has entered into a new normal at the same time people’s awareness of environmental protection is improving.People’s demand for green consumer goods and green lifestyle is gradually increasing.Industrial development proposal that improving quality and efficiency,transformation and upgrading need more urgency green development.In this context,we will vigorously develop the renewable resources industry is of great significance to promoting comprehensively green manufacturing,completing green increasing,guiding green consumption.Waste plastic as a kind of renewable resources,it is so important for environmental protection industry and the research of scholars.This research is of great significance to both management theory and engineering practice.This research takes research on the risk management of comprehensive utilization project of recycled plastic particles of R company.The research is based on the risk management theory and the current situation of recycling waste plastics in R city.The project is the first comprehensive utilization project of recycled plastic in SD district of R city.The scale of the project is modest.The risk management research is of great significance to transformation and upgrading of R city,promoting green and environmental protection developing.This research starts from specific situation of the project,identify the risks quickly,estimate the risks accurately,evaluate the risk effectively,deal with the risk pertinently,monitor the risk continuously.The research will provide theoretical support to the efficiency and continuity of the whole project.Firstly,the research starts from the current situation of R company and the data what the manager get from other company,supplier,the market and customer.It analyzes necessity of this research.Secondly,it analyze the possible risks of the project according to the process and principle of risk identification,after the analysis,we can find many risks,such as technical risk,economic risk,environmental risk,human resources guarantee risk,market risk,etc.We know the latest research results through literature analysis and the questionnaire that the managers get from many aspects,follow the risk identification process and principles,identify the risk through both Delphi method and SWOT method,evaluate the risk through both AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.Finally according to the analysis results,it propose strategies to deal with risk and develop risk management safeguards.In this dissertation,the risk management method,the angle of analysis and solutions for the comprehensive utilization project of waste plastic recycled particles,all of this can provide reference for the other same companies.It is beneficial to enhance the awareness of risk management,establish a suitable risk management system,strengthen risk management response measures,to ensure the project can be successfully completed.
