In recent years,the continuous optimization and upgrading of the industrial structure of our country’s economic development has entered a new stage.Since 2015,many backward industries with high pollution and emission have been cleared up by the environmental supervision action,and the chemical industry has experienced a market reshuffle.The severe supervision situation speeds up the survival of the fittest in the chemical industry,but also brings many problems and challenges to the remaining enterprises.It is urgent to optimize the supply chain.As the starting-point of the supply chain,the supplier plays an important role in the enterprise.It is necessary for the effective management of the supplier to control and strengthen the cooperation with the supplier.This paper studies the problem of supplier evaluation and selection in T company,and finds out the bottleneck problem in this kind of management through the field research and employee interview.According to the characteristics of the chemical industry and the actual situation of the enterprise,Kraljic model is used to classify the raw material suppliers,and AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation are used to optimize the supplier selection system.A set of supplier evaluation index system is constructed.
