| With the integration of urban and rural development,the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy,along with the development of rural economy,the improvement of farmers’ living standards and the enhancement of their consumption ability,the output of rural household garbage also increases astonishingly.However,the processing capacity and efficiency of rural household garbage have not been improved qualitatively.On the whole,China’s rural household garbage has the characteristics of large and wide volume,scattered distribution,complex composition,rising harmful components and large regional differences.Therefore,we are faced with a very serious situation if we want to control rural household waste well.The large increase of rural household garbage and the low efficiency of rural household garbage classification and treatment are the objective contradictions existing in the rural environment.Rural household waste management as a public welfare undertakings,the government as the only supply subject,due to the lack of financial funds appear powerless.Under this background,it is of practical significance to discuss how to realize the industrialization of rural household garbage classification and treatment.This article selects,huzhou city,zhejiang province as the research object,the case analysis,literature study and questionnaire investigation method,village community from three different processing mode analysis,huzhou city,aims to discuss the present situation of industrialization of rural living garbage classification processing basis,find out the rural living garbage classification processing,huzhou city,and problems in the process of industrialization.Based on the experience of domestic waste classification and treatment industrialization in developed countries,this paper puts forward the idea of constructing the industrialization mode of rural domestic waste classification and treatment in Huzhou city,and puts forward constructive countermeasures for the industrialization development in combination with the actual situation of rural domestic waste classification and treatment that is still in the initial stage.The main point of this paper is that the industrialization of rural household garbage classification is to introduce the market competition mechanism,at the same time,encourage economic entities to actively participate in it,and create access conditions for them,so as to achieve a diversified investment entity,market operation mode.On the surface,the industrialization of rural household garbage is to improve the treatment level,improve the rural environment and reduce financial pressure,but the ultimate goal is to produce social benefits,economic benefits and environmental benefits,and promote the comprehensive development of rural household garbage classification and treatment related industries.Rural domestic waste treatment market is still in its embryonic form,so it will encounter many difficulties to promote its industrialization reform,which needs constant exploration.The innovation of this paper is to study and analyze the sample villages from the perspective of industrialization,analyze the existing problems,and then put forward the development measures for the industrialization of domestic waste classification treatment in rural areas.The deficiency lies in that the theoretical knowledge of industrialization is not solid enough,thinking is not deep enough,and the analysis of countermeasures is not sound enough. |
