| The situation of safety production in China has shown a good situation of ’three declines and two improvements’ for many years,while the situation of safety production in the construction industry is not optimistic,the number of accidents and casualties continues to grow,and the larger accidents have not been effectively curbed.Through research and analysis,It’s found that,in China construction industry has insufficient safety investment,low efficiency of safety input and output,low level of safety managements,which are main reasons for this phenomenon.In the Internet industry,China’s user scale ranks first in the world,with abundant data resources and an advantage in the application market.To a great extent,it has broken through the research and development of key technologies and promoted the continuous innovation of Internet application.’Internet Plus’ has been applied to all walks of life by local governments.At the same time,the information degree of the construction industry is deepening.In this context,it becomes necessary and feasible to improve the relatively backward safety management level by using the advanced Internet technology in the world.Capital as the most basic resource for safety management,is also the easiest quantitative control resource,therefore,the study of enterprise safety production cost management mode under the background of Internet has become crucial research topic.The main contents and research results of this paper are as follow:(1)After in-depth analysis of relevant laws and regulations on production safety and the deepening process of the supervision system of production safety in China,it’s found that the low level of production safety management is not due to the lack of laws and regulations,nor the lack of corresponding regulatory departments to enforce the law,but due to the lack of guiding operational norms in the legal provisions,the lack of resource faced by the regulatory departments and the need for more and scattered supervision projects.The contradiction seriously restricts the efficiency of supervision,which makes enterprises have the heart and courage to operate illegally in the management of safety production expenses.(2)Through on-site visit,questionnaire and literature review,the whole Life-Cycle process of enterprise production safety cost is mastered.The process involves operation process of multi-enterprise and multidisciplinary from the calculation of safety measures cost in the design stage,the determination of payment terms in the contract signing stage,the extraction and use of safety production cost in the project implementation stage,the settlement of financial management and so on.In the current construction environment,just the management level of enterprise safety cost be effectively improved only by supervising the whole process.(3)This paper analyzes the process mechanism and influencing factors that affect the input-output of enterprise safety production,and according to the logical relationship between the factors,it points out that the core factors that affect the management efficiency of enterprise safety production management fee are the level of safety awareness of leaders and the impact of accidents.In order to quantify the two factors further,the corresponding measures are found out,the frequency of leaders’meetings,the economic losses caused by accidents,etc.(4)This paper Comprehensively analyzes the informatization process of the construction industry,including the achievements and experience,and seriously summarizes the implementation path and technical framework of the ’four databases and one platform’,puts forward the Internet management mode mainly supported by Internet technology such as big data,cloud computing,artificial intelligence and so on,and suggests that the ’four libraries and one platform’ should be equipped with a safety production cost management module to realize digitalization of processes,artificial intelligence of analysis and judgment,and networking of on-site monitoring and supervision.It realized the transformation process of safety management objects from equipment service to money and then from money to big data,thus achieving the management goal of ’enterprise extraction,government supervision,ensuring needs and standardized use’,thus improving safety management level and reducing accident rate. |
