| With the rapid development of society and economy in China,the chemical industry has developed in a deeper and detailed way.As a result,the demand for scientific and technological talents and scientific research has gradually increased.Therefore,the hazardous chemical laboratories opened by either companies or universities continued to increase.The hazardous chemical laboratories have the characteristics of complexity,uncertain experimental process,and independent experiments,thus has a potential high possibility leading to accidents.At present,there are few standard regulations for the safety management of hazardous chemical laboratories in China.The establishment of a systematic safety index system for hazardous chemicals has significance to provide a favorable basis for assessing laboratory safety,reducing accidents,and further conducting experiments smoothly.Based on the analysis of the characteristics of hazardous chemical laboratories and the accident statistics of the past 20 years,this study combined with the analysis of the safety management of hazardous chemical laboratories at home and abroad to separate laboratory safety improvement into 6 aspects including laboratory equipment facilities,laboratory layout,hazardous chemicals management,laboratory protection,laboratory safety management,and laboratory emergency rescue.Then detailed analysis of each part was conducted and the a safety indicator system of hazardous chemical laboratories was established including 21 secondary indicators and 78 third-level indicators.After establishing the safety index system for hazardous chemical laboratories,the DEMATEL-ANP method is used to calculate the weight of the indicator system.The calculation results showed that the laboratory equipment,laboratory layout,hazardous chemicals management,laboratory protection,and safety management are slightly important than laboratory emergency rescue,which is also in line with the actual safety management of the laboratory.Finally,a hazardous chemical laboratory of a scientific research institute was taken as the case study to demonstrate the proposed indictor evaluation system.The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was used to evaluate its safety status,and reasonable suggestions were made based on the evaluation results. |
