| At present,problems such as the reduction in the amount of water resources available in my country,the deterioration of water quality,and the destruction of water ecology still exist.The protection of water resources and the improvement of water quality are important issues that need to be solved urgently.Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the Party Central Committee has repeatedly proposed to attach great importance to important issues such as water safety and water governance to fully guarantee the safety of water quality in our country.In this context,the importance of effectively controlling the input of pollutants in rivers,maintaining water quality,and ensuring the quality of water supply at the source area has become more prominent.This article takes the rivers in my country’s Liaodong Peninsula as the starting point,analyzes its seasonality,small annual runoff,short river length,and more rivers entering the sea.Based on the above characteristics,the river pollution source survey method and hydrological survey are adopted.Methods and water quality survey methods,conduct river water environment surveys,understand the current situation of river water environment,and provide a data basis for later calculation of pollution load and water body’s pollution holding capacity.Based on this,the article takes the Yingna River and Bajia River as the research area in Dalian City to investigate and analyze the current water environment of the lower reaches of the Yingna River and the Bajia River Reservoir respectively,and proposes based on the different problems existing in the two study areas.Corresponding river water quality management plan.(1)Taking the lower reaches of the Yingna River as the research area,when studying the current status of the water environment of the main stream of the river,it was found that there were many pollution sources in the lower reaches of the Yingna River.In 2019,the Yingna River National Examination Section had 5 times of p H exceeding the standard.High-risk pollution sources such as garbage dumps and sewage ponds on both sides will greatly affect the water quality of Yingna River.After calculating the pollution capacity of the river based on the above survey results,the article believes that the treatment plan for the study area in the lower reaches of the Yingna River is: rationally regulate and control the gates and dams,appropriately open the gates and release water;carry out river dredging and garbage cleaning;set up ecological isolation zones to control non-point sources Pollution;control the sewage discharge of factories and enterprises to reach the standard.(2)Taking the Bajiahe Reservoir section as the research area,conduct water environment investigation,analysis and water quality management model research on the river inflow section.The survey found that the Bajia River’s inflow section mainly has non-point source pollution,more point source pollution and larger pollution load.Compared with the main stream of the river,the river inflow area is affected by the fluctuation of the reservoir water level,and the vegetation coverage is relatively high.Low,serious water and soil erosion problems,and poor self-purification capacity of rivers.Based on the survey results and the governance needs of the Bajia River reservoir section,the article proposes to use the ecological submerged dam technology to increase the water surface area of the river reservoir area and raise the groundwater level of the river reservoir area to purify the water quality and improve the ecology of the river reservoir section.The purpose of the environment.Later monitoring results of the operation of the Bajia River Ecological Wetland showed that it can effectively intercept the pollutants entering the Bajia River reservoir and improve the water quality of the river entering the reservoir. |
