Research On Governmental Governance Of Environmental Pollution In Alxa High-tech Industrial Development Zone

In the context of ecological development and environmental protection,we must meet the challenges of resource shortage and environmental pollution in industrial economic development.The report of the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposed that the construction of ecological civilization is an important part of the overall layout of the "five in one" socialism with Chinese characteristics.In the report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the concept that green waters and green mountains are golden mountains and silver mountains is proposed.My country is advocating green and low-carbon circular development,and government governance of environmental pollution is particularly important.There are still deficiencies in government governance of environmental pollution in some areas of my country.This thesis takes the government governance of environmental pollution in Alxa High-tech Industrial Development Zone as the research object,based on the theory of public governance,environmental collaborative governance,and sustainable development theory,using literature research,questionnaire surveys,field investigations,interviews,and comparative analysis.And other research methods to conduct research on environmental governance issues in Alxa.Based on the government’s document on environmental pollution control in the Alxa High-tech Industrial Development Zone,combined with the actual geographical conditions and ecological environment of the Alxa High-tech Industrial Development Zone,we summarize the governance results and the status of air pollution,solid waste pollution,and water pollution in the Alxa High-tech Industrial Development Zone from 2014 to 2019.By analyzing the current situation and measures of government governance of environmental pollution in Alxa High-tech Industrial Development Zone,the existing problems and causes are analyzed.At the same time,we selected the United States,Japan,Baotou City,and Lanzhou City in Inner Mongolia where environmental pollution has been well managed,and focused on studying their advanced practices in environmental management and protection.Through comparative analysis,feasibility suggestions,especially the innovative proposal of digital collaborative environmental governance for improving the environmental governance of the Alxa High-tech Industrial Development Zone are put forward.That is to use new technologies such as the Internet,Big Data,Artificial Intelligence,and Io T to connect the government,enterprises,and residents to form a grid for online grid management.These suggestions are of theoretical and practical significance for improving the government’s governance of environmental pollution in the Alxa High-tech Industrial Development Zone and enhancing its external image.
