As a traditional manufacturing industry in China,with the rapid development of the national real estate industry,the ceramic industry across the country is also developing rapidly,and the industry capacity is expanding rapidly.However,with the downturn of China’s real estate industry,China’s ceramic industry has gradually encountered problems such as unsalable products,homogenization and difficulties in enterprise capital turnover.In particular,with the increasingly strict national environmental protection policies in recent years,China’s ceramic enterprises have to take transformation and upgrading as an effective means of sustainable development.As a key ceramic production enterprise in Gaoyi County,Shijiazhuang City,Hebei Province,HL Ceramics Co.,Ltd.involves the research and development,production and sales of ceramic products,which has a positive impact on the economic development at the county and city levels.However,with the continuous change of the external environment and the increasingly strict environmental protection policies,the company’s original development strategy of "cost leading and scale expansion" can no longer meet the company’s future development needs,and it is urgent to transform and upgrade the company’s existing strategy.Taking HL ceramic company as the research object,this paper uses PEST,SWOT and Porter’s five force model to analyze the internal and external environment,analysing the opportunities,threats,advantages and disadvantages of HL ceramic company in the process of development.It has formulated a strategic transformation strategy suitable for HL ceramic company,i.e.adopting a growth oriented development strategy,on the basis of ensuring the company’s brand quality advantage,increasing the company’s internal technology research and development,increasing the market share by expanding production,and combining policy and economic advantages to further improve the company’s competitive level.At the same time,the implementation guarantee of strategic transformation is put forward from the aspects of organizational leadership,government,financial funds,hardware facilities and cultural publicity.Through the analysis of this paper,it can help HL ceramic company further clarify the future development goals,point out the specific path and direction for the sustainable development of the company,which is conducive to the healthy growth of the enterprise,and also provide some reference for the strategic transformation of other ceramic enterprises,which has practical guiding significance. |
