| In recent years,the construction of ecological civilization has been carried out on a large scale in China.As the basic composition of Chinese characteristics in the new era,it is also a key problem to be solved in the 14 th Five-Year Plan.With the accelerating process of urbanization,most cities have built too many artificial flood control and drainage measures to deal with the occurrence of flood disasters.Part of the river system in the city is facing the problem of gradual channelization,which is quite different from the concept of ecological civilization construction advocated by the country.Under the premise of urban and rural construction and development,it destroys the water cycle of the ecosystem and the internal structure of the urban water system,which leads to the gradual decline of its flood control and drainage performance and can not well resist the invasion brought by water disasters.Many cities in China are facing serious water crisis.In this background,based on the concept of flood disaster vulnerability to slow as the research Angle of view,the cold water system natural mode as the research content,to explore natural disaster vulnerability and the water system in the degree of relationship and establish evaluation system,and the problems existing in the water system in cold region comb summary,and put forward the corresponding model and implementation method.In this paper,the status of water system re-naturalization theories at home and abroad was studied in depth at first.Combined with the content of disaster vulnerability theory,the relationship between flood disaster vulnerability and water system re-naturalization was clarified,and the evaluation criteria of water system re-naturalization and flood disaster vulnerability degree in cold region were established by analytic hierarchy process and expert scoring method.Secondly,the present situation of water system in Changchun City was investigated and the existing problems of cold water system were summarized.Thirdly,through the interpretation of relevant cases at home and abroad,the re-naturalization mode and implementation method of suitable cold water system are extracted.Finally,the concrete implementation case of the water system re-naturalization in Changchun is interpreted to verify the effectiveness and practicability of its model and method.It is hoped that through the study on the re-naturalization mode of water system in the cold region under the mitigation of disaster vulnerability,some methods can be provided for the construction of natural,safe and low-maintenance human living space,and the separated urban water system can be connected and closed,so as to realize the purpose of water system re-naturalization and alleviating urban flood disasters.It provides new guidance for water ecological restoration and disaster prevention and mitigation in current urban and rural planning. |
