In view of the frequent occurrence of accidents in construction enterprises,heavy casualties,and severe direct or indirect economic losses,it is of significant significance to improve the level of informatization of safety education and training in construction enterprises.The root cause of the frequent occurrence of construction accidents lies in the many defects in the safety production management of construction,which in turn leads to unsafe behaviors of people.On the one hand,in the development process of my country’s construction industry,there is a lack of systematic skill training and ability appraisal for employees,and construction workers have low skill levels and low education.On the other hand,the existing construction safety supervision system is not perfect,and the supervision mechanism is not perfect,which seriously affects the safe development of construction enterprises.This thesis combines the background of construction enterprise informatization infrastructure and new functions of the information management system,and takes the development of behavioral safety in my country,the safety education and training of enterprises to employees,and the current situation of information technology in the field of safety as the research objects,and the construction is carried out.Research on working methods of safety education and training informatization construction.Through the construction of a behavioral safety-based building construction accident prevention learning system,the specific measures of the informatization of safety education and training in construction enterprises are discussed and the effectiveness of the system is verified,aiming to solve the problem of frequent accidents and continuous casualties in my country’s construction industry.The specific research content is as follows:Based on the behavioral safety "2-4" model,PDCA cycle theory,and information project construction life cycle method,this paper studies the construction safety education and training informatization work methods,and builds a behavioral safety-based construction accident prevention learning system.(1)Use the behavioral safety "2-4" model to analyze and locate accident cases,accurately collect unsafe behaviors and violations of rules and regulations at the individual and organizational levels,and provide safety training for the construction industry based on this Up the direction.(2)Through the PDCA cycle,the four working methods of the training system’s planning phase,data collection phase,review phase,and implementation phase were determined,and the working procedures of each phase were formulated.Through the four phases of the life cycle method: planning analysis,development realization,operation and maintenance,and demise,it is combined with the phases of the PDCA cycle to realize the cycle construction of information projects.(3)By analyzing the development purpose of the system,the system construction environment and the types of users,it provides a basis for the demand analysis of the system functions.Analyze the needs of the main business functions and management functions of the system,design and research the main module management process,security training management process,and authority management process of the system,and finally complete the overall system architecture,system functions,and various information modules and databases.Design and implementation.There are 18 items in the first level modules,83 items in the second level sub-modules,and 256 operation functions.(4)According to the main business and content of the system module function,the evaluation model of the safety knowledge acquisition behavior was constructed and analyzed,which verified the effectiveness of the safety training and safety knowledge acquisition behavior of the system.On this basis,the construction of the building construction accident prevention learning system is verified,aiming to provide a learning platform for the training of individual and organizational behaviors in the construction industry,maintain the safe production operations of the enterprise,and realize the information construction of safety education and training.,In order to achieve the purpose of reducing accidents.
