Research Of Wireless Elevator Group Control System With Hall Call Intelligent Terminal

This paper researchs a wireless elevator group control system which has hall call intelligent terminal.Zig Bee technology is applied in elevator group control communication,so as to solve the problem of cable group control commnunication is susceptible by voltage signal interference.Hall call intelligent terminal has the function of result showing and destination registration calling.In this paper,mathematical model of multi-objective group control algorithm is established,the rationality of the elevator group control scheduling is verified by experiment.The main work and achievements are as follows:(1)Implementation plan of wireless elevator group control system is given.The plan includes the structure of wireless elevator group control system,the method of Zig Bee wireless group control communication and hall call intelligent terminal.The group control system feature is studied including characteristic and traffic mode of the system.Wireless elevator group control scheduling algorithm is studied and mathematical model of multi-objective group control scheduling algorithm is established.(2)Hardware structure of wireless elevator group control system is analyzed,hall call communication interface and wireless Zig Bee group control communication interface schematic diagram are given.(3)Main interface of hall call intelligent terminal which has destination floor reserved function is designed and further reach is done.Control program is written,calling and dispatch result function is realized.(4)Combined with software functional requirements,the software process is given.The communication protocols and software process of calling and wireless group control communication are given.According to the software structure of multi-objective group control scheduling algorithm,software flow diagram is given,corresponding function program is written and debugged.(5)The experimental platform of wireless elevator group control system is set up,which has tested the timing of hall call commnunication and wireless group control communication,and has finished the experiments that multiple elevators in different conditions.Combined with corresponding theoretical analysis,the wireless elevator group control system is shown to be feasible.
