Centrifugal compressor is widely used in all walks of life and the operation stability of production manufacturing industry production efficiency and safety are very important,but due to its complex composition,parts are numerous and complicated working conditions,the dynamic characteristics is very complex.This paper takes the centrifugal compressor rotor of a thermal power plant as an example,the rotor of the centrifugal compressor has a continuous burning accident,and the main cause of the accident is studied.Tilting pad journal bearing is one of the important components of centrifugal compressor rotor dynamic system,the stability of the motion of the whole rotor system has very important influence,and other components of the rotor system caused by instability will also be reflected in the parts.Therefore,the study of tilted tile sliding bearing rotor system dynamics for the stability study of centrifugal compressor rotor is a necessity.This paper also focuses on the analysis of the reasons for the failure of the rotor by means of the bearing rotor system.This paper takes the rotor dynamics of three stage centrifugal air compressor as the research object,the application of rotor dynamics and fluid lubrication theory,using Matlab modeling and simulation programming language,analyzes the different shaft speed and unbalance force influence on Journal of motor behavior,in-depth study of the rotor vibration problem,find out the real reason vibration.The completion of this project will provide a good reference for the current domestic same series of rotor ablation problems.
