Power distribution automation technology is a real-time automatic monitoring of distribution network operation,and in the event of a system failure,the rapid response to action out of the fault,the rapid return of normal power supply power technology is one of the important basis for the realization of smart grid.The extensive use of distribution automation technology has significantly improved the safety performance of power supply in power system,while significantly reducing the maintenance cost of distribution network,liberating labor force and improving the efficiency of power supply,and has high economic and practical significance.Based on the study of power distribution automation system,this paper completes the implementation plan of power distribution automation construction in Yangzhou Economic and Technological Development Zone,and analyzes the current situation,objectives,construction plan and benefit analysis of regional distribution network automation from several different perspectives To clarify the expression.This paper discusses the development background of distribution automation,investigates the relevant research at home and abroad,summarizes and reflects the application of power distribution automation system in real life,and puts forward the construction of power distribution automation system in Yangzhou Economic and Technological Development Zone theory.Depth analysis of the Yangzhou Economic and Technological Development Zone distribution network power supply status,and put forward the application of power distribution automation of the future development goals.First of all,the development of Yangzhou Economic and Technological Development Zone distribution operation monitoring and fault power failure management system(OMS)and the line of rapid self-healing construction program.The system structure is set up according to the established principles,the system functions are introduced,and the system is configured.Then,according to the primary equipment,the terminal configuration,the software configuration,the different modes are adopted,and the system is configured according to the principle of the power supply operation monitoring and the fault power failure management system.The rapid self-healing of the line is realized,and the centralized FA and intelligent distributed FA principle and action process are analyzed and configured.Secondly,the construction scheme of distributed power supply/microgrid/energy storage access and control is analyzed.Taking the access and control of the roof energy storage system and PV grid-connected system in Yangzhou Jialou Solar Energy Co.,Ltd.in Jiangsu Province,the master station access plan is developed.Then,the distributed PV and energy storage system are coordinated and put forward.Smooth power output,peak load filling the valley of the operating mode.Finally,1107.6kW photovoltaic power generation,250kW energy storage system and l000kW load connected to the 10kV branch,constitute the feeder line micro-network system,and to achieve feeder automation.Thirdly,the construction scheme of information fast interaction and maintenance of network security is put forward in detail.A passive optical network construction scheme is proposed to configure the system.And then put forward the assessment of risk distribution terminal and mobile terminal operation and put forward lateral border security,border security and other vertical protection scheme,to ensure the safety of the system,the application system information communication system will be capable of carrying smart grid two-way communication service,in the face of strong support to achieve a variety of high requirements of the smart grid business complete,high coupling smart grid communication system in the field of safety protection,high fault rate.Finally,in view of the power distribution automation project in Yangzhou Economic and Technological Development Zone construction carried out a wide range of research to assess the benefits of expectations.Quantitative and qualitative analysis was carried out from the field of radiation distribution.
