A Study On The Construction System And Update Strategy Of Rural Building In The Ning-zhen Region

In recent years,along with the government’s policy support and sustained capital investment,the construction activities in the vast rural areas have been unprecedentedly active.However,it is worth noting that due to the lack of a correct understanding of rural building,in the construction activities,the experience and practices of urban construction are often applied directly,resulting in a series of problems.To this end,this paper takes the rural architecture in Ning-zhen region and the building renewal practice of Xujiayuan Village in Nanjing as the research object,and explores the construction system of rural building and its update strategy in the architectural culture circle of Ning-zhen region,providing theoretical and practical guidance on building renewal practices for other villages in the region.The full text consists of six chapters,which are divided into two parts:theoretical research and practical analysis.The first chapter to the third chapter are the theoretical research part.The first chapter mainly introduces the research background,and at the same time defines the relevant research concepts,and clarifies the specific research objects.It sorts out the main contents of relevant research,expounds the purpose and significance of this research,and puts forward the basic ideas and framework of the research.The second chapter takes Ning-zhen traditional residence as the research object,and combs the characteristics of the traditional residential building system in this area from the geographical environment,spatial pattern to the plane,and the structural system,enclosure system and detail decoration on the single building.The third chapter is the modern development and type evolution of the rural building construction system in Ning-zhen region.Through the analysis of the field research cases,the types and evolution of rural building in the plane pattern,structural system,enclosure system and detail decoration level are summarized,and the dilemma faced by the construction system of rural building in the current development is pointed out,which is the gradual disappearance of the traditional,the lack of functional space and the neglect of the improvement of building performance.The fourth and fifth chapters are practical analysis.Among them,the fourth chapter takes the update practice of Xujiayuan Village as the research object,analyzes the building responds to the traditional architectural characteristics,responds to the actual functional requirements of the current development of the village and responds to the improvement of building performance.It also proposes three different types of update strategy:rectification,renovation and renewal.The fifth chapter selects typical cases for analysis according to three different types of building update in Xujiayuan’s update practice.It summarizes each of the aspects from space update,structural system renewal,enclosing system renewal and detail decoration under the types.The sixth chapter is the conclusion part,which summarizes and summarizes the research of the full text,and reflects on the shortcomings in the research.The whole thesis contains about 54000 words,172 pictures and charts.
