| In thirty years reforming,China enterprise has transformed main stated-owned type to state-owned enterprise,family style private enterprise,wholly-owned foreign enterprise,and joint ventures enterprise.Enterprise’s development is contributed by its dedicated employees,so the importance of employee is recognized by company.The loss of talented employees causes great loss to the enterprise.In the global,many studies have focused on employee satisfaction,participation,and spirit of entrepreneurship in order to develop company culture and value.Employee will increase more satisfaction and ownership as cohesiveness becomes the company culture spirit.U Company Shanghai Subsidiary is a wholly-owned subsidiary of a very small foreign company in China.With recent organization structure change,two important functional departments Sales and Operations have encountered more talent loss,less collaboration,and more difficult in communication than before.With cohesiveness study,this research addresses how organizational structure changes to affect organizational behavior,team trust,and cultural establishment.Through further interview research,this study obtains the main reason of company cohesiveness declining.Then,combined with the research results and the actual situation of employees in two departments identify four factors that affect company cohesiveness.Finally,based on the analysis results,this study provides further suggestions and action plans for the company’s cultural construction,leader selection,employee talent enhancement,and communication improvement in the future. |
