| The development of information technology,especially the development of big data and intelligent manufacturing technology,the manufacturing companies began to transition.Under the trend of global integration,most manufacturing enterprises are facing with the challenge of product diversification,personalization,high quality requirements,and rapid updating speed.In this case,the control of quality has become the fundamental of the enterprise to obtain the competitive advantage.At present,China’s manufacturing enterprises’ information level is at a relatively low level,and most enterprises can not cope with the challenges of the new era.How to use the quality data to improve the quality management ability which become a problem that need to discuss.This paper analyzes the basic theory of quality management system.The traceability and traceability model are studied,and the method of tracing the process of complex machining environment is discussed.Then,the paper introduces quality management statistical tools: the method of control chart and process capability analysis and NOSQL database.analyzes the implementation of quality management system based on the new database architecture from the third chapter,taking B company as an example.From the requirement analysis of the system,the construction of the system is discussed,and then the hardware and software architecture of the whole system are introduced.In the fourth chapter,the design of the whole system is carried out,including how to achieve accurate,real-time,automatic data acquisition quality data and the quality management system based on the system.In the fifth chapter,the logic and method of report design of the whole quality management control system is discussed,and the results of the system are verified by the actual data.Through practice shows that through the application of the quality management and control system to solve the problems encountered in the quality management,which has greatly improved the quality management level of B company.Speed up the flow of the material,control the outflow of defective goods,improve the production rate,saving the cost of production. |
