Prefabricated building is an important mode for the construction industry to transfer from extensive to intensive and bring about green sustainable development.In recent years,the nation has vigorously promoted the development of prefabricated building,and has released a series of policies and regulations about prefabricated building.It can be foreseen that prefabricated building will become an important trend in the future development of the construction industry.At the same time,the requirement of collaboration among different majors and stakeholders in prefabricated building is much more than regular projects.Compared to traditional contracting mode,general contracting is a more efficient way to promote the development of prefabricated building.Under the general contracting mode,general contractor is fully responsible for the whole prefabricated building project,and the schedule management,as the main line of the project management,directly affects the final quality and costs of the project.At this stage,the requirement of lean schedule management for prefabricated building is constantly increasing,and the traditional schedule management has been incapable of the requirements of prefabricated building.Under this circumstances,this thesis aims to study construction schedule risk management of prefabricated building in terms of general contractor.Firstly,this thesis defines the concepts of prefabricated building and general contracting mode,and analyses the applicability of the combining of them.Based on the reviwed risk management theories,this thesis establishes the definition of the construction schedule risk of prefabricated building in terms of general contractor,and analyses the formation and management process of construction schedule risk.Secondly,25 experts and practitioners in the construction industry were interviewed in depth,and data collected from the interviews were continuously refined,compared and analyzed using three-level coding based on the Grounded Theory.22 initial categories,6 main categories and the core category construction schedule risk of prefabricated building in terms of general contractor were identified.Then,on the basis of the grounded theoretical analysis,the complex interaction among risk factors is analyzed,and the transmission path and mechanism of construction schedule risk are revealed,after establishing an interpretative structural modeling(ISM)and matrix impacts cross-reference multiplication applied to a classification(MICMAC)integrated model?Finally,to select better evaluation methods,this thesis chooses the fuzzy analytic network process(F-ANP),which combined triangular fuzzy number and the analytic network process,to determine the weight of the index.A construction schedule risk evaluation model for theprefabricated building based on the fuzzy analytic network process(F-ANP)and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation(FCE)is developed.At last,based on FC prefabricated building project,the construction schedule risk evaluation model is applied to demonstrate the applicability and validity of the research results.
