| In recent years,the construction of new rural areas has driven the wave of old houses in rural areas.The rural community and urbanization have caused a large number of building demolition and new construction.At the same time,they have generated a lot of construction waste and consumed a lot of building energy.The EPS board plastering mortar with waste concrete studied in this article is to use waste concrete in the EPS board plastering mortar to effectively treat construction waste and reduce energy consumption,which is in line with the concept of green building materials development.In this paper,waste concrete is processed through crushing,screening,grinding and other steps to obtain waste concrete particles and waste concrete powder.The physical properties,chemical composition,and microscopic imaging of waste concrete are measured by physical tests,XRD tests,and SEM scans to verify the feasibility of using waste concrete powder and waste concrete particles to replace cement and river sand,respectively,was used to prepare waste concrete EPS board surface mortar.In this paper,the physical and mechanical properties of EPS board plastering mortar with waste concrete are studied.First,the three basic mixing ratios of mortar water consumption,the ratio of aggregate to cementitious material,and hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose dosage are determined through simple experiments.Then,orthogonal test design methods are used to develop five factorsand four-level test plan,namely:the amount of cement replaced by waste concrete powder(5%,10%,15%,20%),the amount of river sand replaced by waste concrete particles(20%,25%,30%,35%),Dispersed latex powder dosage(1.4%,1.6%,1.8%,2.0%),polypropylene fiber dosage(3‰,4‰,5‰,6‰),water repellent dosage(4‰,6‰,8‰,10‰),based on orthogonal test results,select tensile bond strength(original strength,water resistance strength,freeze-thaw resistance),flexibility(compressive strength,flexural strength,the ratio of compressive strength to flexural strength),water absorption,operational time as the performance index of the experimental research for range analysis,and through the range analysis to get the optimal level combination of each indicator and the factor influence order.Finally,the comprehensive analysis method was used to optimize the combination of various indicators and the order of influence of the factors and the optimal mix ratio of this test was A3B1C3D4E3,that is,the material mix ratio of the waste concrete EPS board surface mortar is the ratio of aggregate to cementitious material 1.6:1,waste concrete powder replaces 15%of cement,waste concrete particles replace 20%of river sand,hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose dosage accounts for 2‰ of cementitious material,redispersible polymer powder dosage accounts for 1.6%of cementitious material,polypropylene fiber dosage accounts for 6 ‰ of cementitious material,and silicone water repellent dosage accounts for 8 ‰ of cementitious material.This paper analyzes the application prospects of EPS board plastering mortar with waste concrete from three aspects:application scope,environmental protection benefits,and economic benefits.Based on the test,it was found that the EPS board plastering mortar with waste concrete meets the performance index of the EPS board plastering mortar,and also meets the performance index of the EPS board bonding mortar(adhesive)and the adhesive mortar for tile facing,expanding its scope of application.The advantages of the EPS board plastering mortar with waste concreter from various aspects such as applicability,environmental protection,and economy can drive the development of the corresponding industry chain,which has good promotion and application value. |
