Research On Cost Estimation,Budget And Control Of D Company’s Workshop Reconstruction Project

In recent years,the speed of urbanization and industrial restructuring in China has increased greatly,making the development of many industries have changed greatly,especially in the related industries represented by the construction industry,showing good prospects.However,because of the lack of differentiation between enterprises,prices are still the main means of competition.Building decoration enterprises mostly use project management mode,and the main source of business profits is project profits.Meanwhile,project profit is also the main body of total profits of building decoration enterprises.Project management has become the core of building decoration enterprise management,and the project cost management is the starting point and goal of project management,how to improve the level of project cost management,establish and perfect the cost control system and perfect cost management system is an important problem to improve the competitive strength and profit ability of the company.Based on the theory of project cost management,this paper combines the theory and method of project cost estimation,cost budget and cost control,as research object of the building renovation project built by D company,using the methods of literature induction,investigation and research,case study and so on,through project resource analysis,work breakdown structure,project schedule plan,to estimate the cost of the project,cost budget and decomposition,then collecting cost and progress data in the process of project implementation.Use the earned value method to calculate and analyze the cost and progress deviation of the project then put forward the corrective measures.Through use these corrective measures make the project cost control is within the scope of the project budget target.In this way,the project cost management is guaranteed to be carried out effectively and maximize the profit of the project.It is hoped that through the research of this article,we can put forward the improvement countermeasures for the building decoration enterprises according to the cost management.It should promote the concept of enterprise cost management,improve the ability and level of cost management,help enterprises effectively control costs,enhance core competitiveness of enterprises,enable enterprises to further control and optimize costs,and create greater business benefits.
