| Turner,as a solid waste treatment equipment,is of great significance for organic fertilizer treatment.Foreign enterprises such as Siemens,BACKUS design of hydraulic system and running system with variable system,feedback,proportional control,closed loop solution,application of hydraulic technology is good,can be infinitely variable speed,good adaptability to engine operating conditions,with double speed,stirring evenly,fermentation effect is good wait for an advantage,but the cost is high,not easy to maintain.Domestic program is based on mechanical transmission,with the help of rotary tiller modification,extremely simple hydraulic transmission effectively replaced the mechanical transmission,the simple quantitative system program can not effectively improve efficiency.It also brings some problems.Through the combination of domestic and foreign research status,and domestic manufacturers to fully communicate and summarize.According to the requirements of "low speed under heavy load,high speed under light load",the open hydraulic circuit of double hydraulic motor driven by single pump is designed.The designed walking hydraulic system has the advantages of simple structure,low cost,good controllability,high efficiency and good maintainability.The designed running hydraulic circuit can be used for rotating running in series and working running in parallel.The two-speed mode improves the efficiency and is an effective scheme.The design of the hydraulic circuit has the following problems:(1)Synchronicity in series and synchronicity in parallel(basic performance of running).(2)Leakage of motors in series.(3)The impact problem in series and parallel switching of the circuits.To solve these problems,the following work has been done: The designed circuit is calculated and the hydraulic element is selected.Analyze the synchronization of series and parallel.To solve the leakage problem of the loop in series,an improved oil filling system is designed.Using AMESim to model and analyze the walking hydraulic circuit.To a certain extent,the impact of hydraulic valve commutation and the leakage of hydraulic motors in series was studied.Through three-dimensional modeling of hydraulic components,deepen the understanding of the component structure;Through the measurement and control system design based on Lab VIEW platform,experiments and data collection can be carried out effectively.The research shows:The designed single pump drive double motor loop meets the requirements of working conditions,which is a suitable scheme.The objective structure of the tracked chassis can be mechanically synchronized to make the machine synchronous.But there will be 2%~3% deviation,in line with the national standards within the amount of deviation.The loop is suitable for the turner working condition or other similar working conditions.The circuit is in series partial pressure;The circuit is shunt in parallel.During the simulation of the series-parallel switching process,it was found that the shock was large when switching from the running gear to the working gear;the active oil replenishment simulation for the motor leakage in series can achieve the synchronization effect for the oil replenishment of the latter motor;for the impact problem simulation,it can be known by changing the commutation time of the seriesparallel switching valve,the longer the valve response time,the hydraulic impact will gradually slow down.After the relief valve is added,the closer the set pressure is to the working pressure value,the better the mitigation effect.However,the slowing of the directional valve and the relief valve is lagging.As the length of the pipeline increases from 0.5m to 5m,and the diameter of the pipeline increases from 5mm to 15 mm,the buffering effect is getting better and better.Adding an accumulator has the most obvious impact mitigation effect.This research provides a certain reference value for the design of the walking system of the turner and the organic fertilizer industry. |
