| For that China has become the second largest civil aviation market in the world,many foreign spares suppliers began to branch out their business into China.Even so,domestic companies who have done their best to control the cost of aviation spares,are still immersing themselves in the role of buyer.It is seldom to be considered whether these companies can serve others on aviation spares,although they have large fleets.It describes the status of spares providing service in HN company in this thesis,and analyzes several problems in spares business.Above all,the present model is only for internal service,which has to bear huge cost for a large route network.Second,according to internal management,human resource allocation and IT system restrict the expansion of business.Facing to higher labor cost and higher flight punctuality rate year by year,more staff doesn’t means more opportunities to defeat the competitors.IT system builds a platform for us to communicate with our customers and suppliers.The system cannot help us expand business if it runs slowly and external persons can’t visit.External main problems including suppliers relationship and inadequate capability of logistics,astrict the development of external service.For these critical problems,the author analyzes the market situation through environment of aviation spares market.Base on competitor analysis,the value chain contrastive analysis of different market participant is taken.According to SWOT analysis,the opportunities for HN company to expand aviation spares business are further clarified.It is argued that HN company has the potentiality to expand its aviation spares supply business through analyzing turnover rate and serviceable days in stock.Each module is classified to online and offline unit,which forms a new model being fit for HN company.Finally,some guarantee measures are given to perform business expansion.Several aspects such as human resource,system upgrading,deepened cooperating with suppliers and enhanced logistics,need to improve to extend business smoothly.This may be regarded as a reference for those medium airlines. |
