Research On EPC Mode Of Hospital Project Of H Company

Since EPC(Engineering Procurement Construction)mode general contracting was introduced into our country,it has been widely used in many fields.From the initial petrochemical industry,gradually developed to the nuclear power industry.Since 2003,it has gradually come to the fore in the construction industry,and with the progress and development of construction technology and the continuous improvement of the ideological awareness of management parties in the construction industry,EPC general contracting is increasingly widely used in the field of engineering.According to the 2015 statistical bulletin of national engineering survey and design,the total contract value of the project reached 1.3 trillion yuan,an increase of 6.7% over 2014.The total contract income of the project is 949.89 billion yuan,accounting for 35.1% of the total business income of national engineering survey and design enterprises,and has become a new force in the development of the construction industry.This thesis analyzes the development of international and domestic EPC mode,discusses the development of EPC,and finds out the corresponding H company hospital project in due course.Through combining the actual cases of the hospital project of the company,this thesis studies the development situation,development environment and development advantages of the EPC,analyzes the overall optimization strategy from the aspects of management mode,project contract,project schedule,quality safety,and so on,analyzes the problems in the implementation,and discusses the effective ways and innovative methods to improve the management ability and level of the EPC.Finally,the problems existing in the implementation of the project put forward the implementation of corresponding strategies and corresponding safeguards,and the corresponding effectiveness evaluation,learn from each other.Expect these research results to improve EPC general contract management concept and other aspects.For the EPC model norms to give more help,but also hope that the EPC model develop better and better.
