Research On Optimization Of Financial Sharing Services Of H Group

Companies are experiencing unprecedented convergence of technology,society and regulation.With the increasing popularity of AI,blockchain,automation,Internet of things,5g and edge computing,information resources are becoming the core pillar of competition.Financial Information,as the measurement of enterprise information resources,information confirmation and information report,the financial information produced under the traditional financial management mode is no longer needed by the enterprise management to adapt to the development and changes of the information age,as before,that is,there is now a new way of service,that is,financial sharing service,which is a new management mode used in enterprises with the development of the Times.Since the 1980 s,it has experienced nearly 40 years of development,from the domestic and foreign point of view,the theory is more and more mature,and more and more enterprises put it into practice.As for the service of financial sharing,it is a new management mode in the enterprise,which is also a kind of reform.In practice,it is inevitable to face the imperfection of the exploration period and the conflict with the traditional form,only by continuously grasping the key factors and continuously optimizing,can we truly achieve success.H Group rose from the island in 1993,through capital operation,diversified operation,overseas mergers and acquisitions,professional operation,once become the world’s top 500 level enterprises.In order to solve the problems of "big enterprise disease" and "hollowing out" of financial management,enterprises should increase investment in the construction of financial sharing service center.This article mainly elaborates from the following several parts,first of all,it briefly introduces the related theories of financial sharing service,and at the same time it explains in detail the following aspects of financial sharing service,for example,concept,meaning of service,establishment of service and how to optimize the financial sharing center.Secondly,combining with the development of h group,the paper analyzes the current situation and problems in the implementation of financial sharing center in H group,and puts forward some optimization suggestions.Through the analysis,we find that the problem of H group is bigger than the effect in theinitial stage of implementing the financial sharing service.As a kind of change,financial sharing service must be supported by the manager,and the integration and reform of human resources should be done well,and the service quality should be improved continuously,so that it can be carried out continuously,based on the strategic orientation of h group,we should optimize the process and integrate the modules to improve the ability of financial personnel and provide financial support for the successful transformation of H group.
