| Marked by the completion of the Three Gorges Project in 2009,the reservoir cities have entered the late stage of construction. While making remarkable achievements in construction, the cities are also facing the rapid expansion of urban construction space and the increase of disaster vulnerability brought by urban population aggregation. In the face of the rising disaster risk, the research on the relevant theories and methods of urban disaster prevention in the reservoir area is still in its infancy, lacking the planning, design and control methods suitable for the construction of urban disaster prevention in the reservoir area.As a subsidiary part of urban space, disaster prevention space participates in the daily operation of the city on weekdays. When disasters happen,it plays the role of linking the two stages of disaster prevention, and gradually appears in people’s vision from the previously neglected part.In the new era,the composition and connotation of urban disaster prevention space are constantly enriched and improved, but for the reservoir cities,it is lack of systematicness and pertinence. It is necessary to excavate the composition and evaluation differences of disaster prevention space from the particularity of the reservoir cities, and build a disaster-prevention space planning system suitable for the three gorges reservoir area.Starting from the whole urban disaster-prevention space in the reservoir area, following the thinking logic of "problem proposal system construction practice evaluation layout optimization",insisting on both theory and practice, through the analysis of the composition and evaluation difference of the urban disaster prevention space in the reservoir area, this paper puts forward the urban disaster prevention space planning system in the reservoir area, and starts with the effectiveness, accessibility and safety of the disaster prevention space, with a view to Changshu and Fuling as an example, this paper analyzes and evaluates the effectiveness of urban disaster-prevention space from two aspects: demand side(urban potential risk)and supply side(urban disaster prevention space),so as to put forward adaptive layout optimization strategies. The research content of this paper includes seven chapters: introduction, text and conclusion.Among them, the first chapter is the background and theoretical research, from the reality and theory two levels to elaborate the purpose and significance of this study. The second chapter is the research and rule summary. From the perspective of urban space, the paper analyzes the lack of efficiency of urban disaster prevention space in the reservoir area. The third chapter is the theoretical construction part of this paper, mainly from the reservoir area and the southwest mountainous city disaster prevention spatial composition differences and evaluation differences,to build the principles, ideas and methods of the reservoir area urban disaster prevention spatial planning system. The fourth and fifth chapters are practical evaluation, which mainly analyzes and evaluates the effectiveness of disaster prevention space from the two aspects of demand and supply. The fourth chapter is the demand side analysis of disaster prevention space.Based on arcgis, the basic database of this research city is established to analyze the disaster risk of Changshou and Fuling from the demand side of urban disaster prevention space. The fifth chapter is the supply side evaluation of disaster prevention space, based on the elements of disaster prevention space, this chapter analyzes road traffic, open space and public service facilities with disaster prevention functions, and evaluates the effectiveness of disaster-prevention space in Changshou and Fuling. In sixth chapter, based on the analysis and evaluation above, the optimization strategies for different elements of disaster prevention space are put forward, and the site selection suggestions are put forward for the gap area of disaster-prevention space, combined with network analysis tools.Chapter seven summarizes the research results, summarizes the deficiencies of the disaster prevention spatial planning system and technical methods, and puts forward suggestions and prospects for the follow-up research. |
