| With the increasing market competition,more and more enterprises realize the importance of talent management.Human is the core competitiveness of an enterprise.Only by establishing a scientific outlook on human resources and an effective human management model,can we fully tap the enthusiasm,initiative and creativity of human beings.For a large group company with diversified business and income scale of over 100 billion,talent management like H group company,it not only plays an important role,but also is full of challenges due to the large number of employees and complex types of personnel.Talent management is the most important exploration direction of the enterprise at present and in the future.This paper first describes the background,purpose and significance of the research,summarizes the research methods and research routes of this paper,and briefly introduces the concept of talent management and the theoretical basis of enterprise talent management.Then this paper takes H group company as an example,based on H group company’s development,future strategic positioning and the current situation of H group company’s talent management,using data analysis,literature research and other methods,analyzes and studies H group company’s management status in talent attraction,talent selection,talent development,talent training,talent appointment,talent retention and other aspects,and uses policy research method,data analysis method,combined with interviews and research to sort out the problems existing in the talent management of H group company.In the end,this paper puts forward the strategy of talent management improvement of H group company,and hopes to provide a scientific talent management plan for H group company as much as possible,to tap the potential ability of talents,train employees in the right way,and truly know people well and do their best when allocating employees.So as to make h group company operate with maximum efficiency in the period of transformation crisis,So as to create greater value for the enterprise.At the same time,due to the characteristics of the industry development,I hope that through the research of this paper,we can provide some inspiration for the construction of talent management system in this industry,and play a certain role in promoting the healthy development of talents in this industry. |
