Research On Problems And Countermeasures Of Planning Management In Suburban Villages And Towns Of Megacities

The suburban township space contains rich ecological,economic,and cultural values,and is a key area for the development of ecological civilization in the new period.The suburban township space in megacities is severely engulfed by urban expansion,causing problems such as ecological environmental pollution.However,under the background of rural revitalization,the suburban villages and towns of megacities are also carrying the vigorous promotion of the integration of the first,second and third industries in rural areas and the improvement of villagers The important task of the human settlement environment,grasping the balance between ecological protection and construction development is the key idea for studying the planning and management of suburban towns in megacities.However,the existing studies on the outskirts of towns and villages are not comprehensive.Most of them are concerned with the management of village construction land,agricultural land,ecological environment and other factors.The use of scattered small-scale construction land in suburban space is often ignored.Faced with the difficulties in the planning and management of suburban townships in megacities,how to put forward practical management strategies to help rural revitalization under the premise of protecting the ecological environment is the core content of this study.At the beginning of this article,the basic theories related to township planning management are first sorted out,and the history of township management in China and the township planning practice in foreign countries are studied respectively.By clarifying their own context and drawing on successful experience,they provide ideas for subsequent research and optimization strategies.Next,this paper studies the space of suburban towns in megacities.First,based on the concept of the suburban areas of megacities,it analyzes its spatial development model and existing problems in development,and then leads to space management and control to solve spatial problems.The role of the project reflects the importance of planning and management.However,the current planning and management work is still facing a lot of difficulties.In the later chapters of this paper,the three stages of the planning management process are used as the starting points to build an urban and rural planning management analysis system,which will be the current urban planning and management work in megacities.The content is divided into three parts: planning preparation and approval,planning implementation and planning supervision and inspection,and in turn analyzes and summarizes the difficulties that may be encountered in each stage of management work,and extracts the problems with suburban characteristics of megacities.The last chapter is the core chapter of this article.Based on the analysis,research,and summary of the previous chapters,this chapter is still based on the analysis system to propose corresponding optimization strategies to solve the current urban and rural planning and management dilemma of megacities from three stages.In the optimization strategy,this article innovatively introduces the planning of non-concentrated construction areas with the nature of management and control planning into the planning and management of mega-urban suburbs and towns,to achieve global coverage and fine-grained management of multiple regulations.In the countermeasures of planning and implementation,this paper also innovatively proposed the idea of flexible management and control of the dynamic balance of total land use,creating a rural complex to play the role of gathering industrial effects and sharing public facility resources,and proposed innovative ways of land use in township areas.
