For the actual situation of coal prices and the incremental cost of power generation, the early warning system can dynamic control the business indicators, guide the electric quantity plan and the coal-burning purchase. Finally, we made an objective and comprehensive analysis for system's advantages and disadvantages, and proposed some further improvements.
