Application Software Development Of Cylindrical Gear Based On Industrial Internet

With the rapid development of industrial Internet technology and the deep integration of industrialization and informatization,profound changes are taking place in industrial software as a typical field of integration.One of the key technologies for the development of industrial Internet platform is the development of industrial Internet APP.Industrial Internet APP helps to realize the inheritance and accumulation of industrial technology knowledge,meet the personalized customization needs of various small and medium-sized enterprises,and improve their core competitiveness.Gear industry is one of the important bases for the development of equipment manufacturing industry.Compared with America,Germany and Japan,the development of gear industry in China is still relatively backward.Almost all the large gear transmission design software is imported,which is easy to cause an adverse situation of being stuck in high-end products.In this paper,the application software development of cylindrical gear transmission design is taken as a case to explore the application technology of industrial Internet APP.Based on SYSWARE.IDE platform,the application software of cylindrical gear developed can realize the basic functions of parameter calculation,strength checking,LTCA(Load tooth contact analysis)and so on in the design process of gear transmission,which provides a new idea for the development and operation of industrial software.The main contents are as follows:(1)Based on the SYSWARE.IDE platform,we summarized the industrial APP design process,mainly including: data model definition,business logic definition and interaction interface definition.It contains a variety of third-party software adapters such as CAD,CAE and CAM,which are helpful for the integrated development of large-scale gear transmission design software and the realization of localization of gear transmission design system software.(2)On the basis of involute cylindrical gear transmission forward design process,its function modules are divided,developing the initial parameters of involute cylindrical gear selection,geometric size calculation,intensity check,three dimensional model generation module.On the business logic definition process using the Python,Excel,formula,command and so on the various components,we realize the call each other between the various modules.According to the calculation of meshing stiffness of involute cylindrical gear and LTCA,the module of LTCA analysis of involute cylindrical gear was developed based on Matlab.(3)Through the test,release and operation analysis of the completed modules,it is shown that the developed industrial APP of cylindrical gear transmission design can meet the requirements of computing accuracy,rapid response and networking,achieve the expected functions and objectives,and provide a new idea and method for the softwarization of gear transmission technology.(4)Internet software development based on SYSWARE.IDE platform,with the advantages of low code technology,can realize the engineering process and graphical knowledge packaging.In the field of gear transmission parts,the threshold of software development and application is lowered,and the efficiency of software development is improved.
