Station-City integration is the concept and mode to adapt to TOD development in China and other high-density cities.The core content is to integrate urban infrastructure and public transport resources in the metro station area,and realize the integration of function,space and environment between the metro station and surrounding areas through the joint construction and sharing of metro station and surrounding slow traffic system,public transport connection and built environment,effectively increase the subway passenger flow while improving the urban vitality,obtain greater output with the minimum cost,and improve the development quality of mutual benefit and win-win between the city and the subway stations.The Metro entrances and related facilities include not only the entrance and exit connecting channel of the subway,but also the urban non-motorized system and public transport system connecting with the metro entrance channel.It is found that there are many inconsistencies between Shenzhen’ Metro entrance and the construction of surrounding cities.The concept of Station-City integration can provide guidance and planning tools for solving such problems.In this paper,Hong Kong,as a model of public transit metropolis,and Guangzhou,which has good experience in ensuring the smoothness of the slow lane,are selected as examples for reference.Through field survey and interviews,summarized relevant experiences from the station-City integration elements and implementation oriented planning strategies of the Metro entrances and related facilities in two cities.Among them,the planning strategies of Hong Kong at the regional level include overall planning,research and establishment of planning integration platform,and incorporation of results into legal control;the planning strategies of Guangzhou at the site level include: formulation of mandatory control regulations,strengthening of departmental coordination in the design process,and formulation of incentive policies to improve the efficiency of land acquisition of government departments.On this basis,the author combines the actual case of Shenzhen Metro entrance and related facilities planning and construction,from the two aspects of facility sharing at the regional level and building landscape integration at the site level,to carry out practical verification and application reflection on the relevant planning strategies of Hong Kong and Guangzhou.The application process shows that Shenzhen can "manually" promote the integration of various projects,facilities and requirements in the site area,but there is still room for further improvement in the system planning and relevant specifications.Therefore,in view of the practical problems in the application of planning strategies in Hong Kong and Guangzhou,policy recommendations are made for the planning and implementation of Shenzhen subway entrances and related facilities from the preparation of targeted special planning around the site and the improvement of relevant specifications,and related academic issues are discussed.
