| "Bashu Culture" was first proposed by people in the early 1960 s.The main content is the modern Bashu culture,which is distributed in the western and central areas of Sichuan Basin,China,as well as the culture of the Ba minority in Chongqing region of China.With the development of society,more and more people attach importance to the research,inheritance,development and protection of traditional Bashu culture and its essence,this paper discusses and deeply studies the importance and application of Bashu cultural elements in the process of modern dining space design.First of all,the design of Bashu cultural elements in the dining space is investigated,including the background,purpose and research status.Secondly,the cultural elements of Bashu were collected and sorted out.Thirdly,the principles and characteristics of Bashu cultural elements in dining space design are analyzed accordingly.Finally,the representative elements of Bashu culture are reasonably applied to the design of dining space,so that the dining space has certain regional characteristics.Modern catering industry not only to meet the consumer "taste" on the food and beverage culture needs,but also in the "spirit" needs to be better satisfied.The design of dining space must have its own characteristics of catering culture,create a modern dining space with strong regional catering culture,highlight the cultural regionality of dining space must be obtained.Therefore,this paper takes the elements of catering culture in Bashu area as the focus of its creation,and combines the design contents of the spatial elements of catering culture in Bashu area with the design of modern Chinese catering culture space through summing up,refining,concise and comprehensive utilization.This paper aims to inherit and carry forward and develop the traditional culture of Bashu in China,so that more people can understand and understand the importance and application of Bashu catering culture in the process of spatial design of modern Chinese catering culture,and construct a modern catering culture space with the characteristics of Chinese regional catering culture and the significance of experiencing cultural value. |
