With the development of the real estate market and the introduction of relevant national regulatory policies,the architectural design industry is facing more and more challenges.In order to achieve organizational goals,performance appraisal has become an important indicator of the development of enterprises.Architectural design enterprises are generally project-oriented.In the process of project implementation,the performance appraisal of project member is conducive to promoting the achievement of project goals,especially in the construction design industry with multiple projects,the effective performance appraisal scheme is particularly important.This paper focuses on the research of F company’s architectural design project team members’ performance appraisal scheme,analyzes the project characteristics under the matrix project organization structure system,puts forward improvement suggestions for the designer’s performance appraisal scheme,and on the basis of the theory of project management and human resource performance management,understands that F company has a single performance appraisal method and insufficient evaluation dimension in performance appraisal comprehensive,unclear performance evaluation process and other issues,and through MBO goal management,key performance indicators research methods to build project performance and member performance evaluation indicators,the individual performance of architectural design project team members and project performance,that is,qualitative and quantitative indicators,and organizational goals form a unified,use AHP to calculate the weight of indicators,comprehensive project team comprehensive performance of team members.In the paper,the evaluation scheme is applied to the actual projects in which the project team members participate,and the overall performance of members under the condition of multiple projects are integrated,so that the performance evaluation scheme is more operable.On this basis,the performance appraisal results are analyzed to provide supporting measures to guarantee the performance appraisal results,such as performance feedback and appeal,salary and post adjustment.The performance appraisal plan pays attention to both the appraisal process and the appraisal results.The appraisal leading group,the appraiser and the appraisee participate in the implementation of the performance appraisal plan,improve the appraisal quality,and establish the design and implementation of performance appraisal scheme for project team members in architectural design enterprises has certain reference significance.
