Abstract/Summary:
In the field of bulk material transportation,a large amount of practical experience and reconveying equipment can save transportation costs,improve transportation efficiency and reduce transportation loss.Belt conveyor is a kind of lated materials have proved that the use of continuous conveying equipment.Compared with the traditional transportation methods.the belt conveyor does not have the above advantages and can greatly reduce the investment of human resources or the input of costs.Today,belt conveyors have been widely used in coal,ports,food applications and fields.Due to the structural characteristics of the general conveyor,the inevitable shortcomings in the long distance and long-term operation.For example,The driving power the belt conveyor driven by the single-roller of the head has the belt tension and the roller under long-distance transportation conditions.The driving power is very large,which requires the belt to have a sufficiently strong strip to prevent them from being torn and failed due to tension.Generally,belt conveyors with high-volume and long-distance distances use high-strength steel cord conveyor belts.The cost of conveyor belts accounts for 30%-50% of the cost of the whole machine.The power consumed by the drum drive belt conveyor is also huge amount,for example,the roller set used to support the conveyor belt in the structure of the belt conveyor.A large number of studies have found that the indentation resistance of the conveyor belt passing through the idler accounts for 50% of the running resistance of the whole machine.The energy lost during operation is very large.The vehicle group chain conveyor in this subject is a special belt conveyor,which changes the supporting structure and driving mode.So it can solve the problem of excessive tension of the conveyor belt and excessive running resistance of the whole machine.This paper mainly introduces the main structure,working principle and key components of the vehicle group chain conveyor.It is described in detail from the functional principle of the single structure to the operating principle of the whole machine,and use three-dimensional modeling software reflect the vehicle group chain conveyor.The part of the special structure of the chain conveyor was modeled.According to the theory of operation—the change law of the tension of the conveyor belt,the mathematical model is established based on the catenary theory,the equation expression and image of the tension of the conveyor belt with the path are obtained.At the same time,this paper studies the bending condition of the vehicle group chain conveyor under long-distance transportation conditions and the "S" curved track of the tail of the nose.It uses the mature rail transit theory and the theory of mining motor car to design the conveyor.The track distance of the machine,the arrangement method,the structure of the rail car,and the structure of the connection between the cars.Finally,the simulation model of the rail car group is established in the simula tion software SIMPACK,and the track excitation conditions are loaded,re spectively,the horizontal curved track,the vertical curved track,and the space.Three different types of working conditions of curved track are used to simulate the curve passing performance of the rail car group.The der ailment coefficient of the trolley and the lateral force of the wheel and rail are analyzed.Finally,the most favorable curve of the passing train of the train chain conveyor is obtained.This way can provide a favorable reference for the structural optimization design,operation performance and cost control of the whole machine.
