In today’s society,as people’s living standards improve,the emphasis on basic education is gradually increasing.Kindergarten,as the most important time period in a child’s life,will have a subtle influence on the child’s world outlook and outlook on life,and has an important mission in the growth process.As the starting point of school education,kindergarten education plays an important role.In the design of kindergarten space,the intuitive color space design can directly resonate with children’s psychology,and guide children’s behavioral patterns,physical and mental health development.Therefore,choosing a kindergarten with abundant educational resources and excellent teaching environment for children has become a top priority for many parents.With the vigorous development of education,various kindergarten buildings have risen in various places.In view of the severe homogenization of space in most kindergartens,the perspective tends to be adult,and the design that fails to fully consider the psychological characteristics of children’s colors cannot meet the psychological and physical needs of children’s healthy growth.How to stand out in many kindergarten space designs,be loved by children,be recognized by parents,and truly shape the kindergarten space environment suitable for children’s color psychological needs is of great significance to the healthy growth of children.This paper will take Juxian’s "Yuansu" kindergarten as an example,and explore the feasibility of children’s color psychology in kindergarten space design based on children’s color psychology,and seek a wider application space.This paper consists of three parts:preface,text and conclusion,of which the text is divided into four chapters.In the process of investigation,literature analysis,on-the-spot investigation and case analysis are selected.At the same time,the background and significance of the research are expounded,the theoretical research results at home and abroad are analyzed,and the classical cases abroad are appreciated.Through an in-depth study on the connotation and performance of children’s color psychology,we can understand the influence of color on children’s psychology.Based on the analysis of Ju County’s regional environmental characteristics,kindergarten space status and existing problems in space design,the importance of children’s color psychology in kindergarten space design is further clarified.Based on the above summary,this paper puts forward the principles of kindergarten space design and application suitable for children’s color psychology,which will lay the foundation for the implementation of the following specific programs.Finally,the concrete design practice link of children’s color psychology in the space of Juxian "Yuansu" kindergarten,based on the research results and the design ideas mentioned above,the comprehensive design scheme of Juxian "Yuansu" kindergarten is displayed by using the expression method of local color design.
