At present,the electric vehicle industry has entered a stage of rapid development.Many car companies are independently developing electric vehicles.Of course,it will be a long time from the overall design proposal to the final car test run.The three core components of new energy electric vehicles include batteries,motors,and electronic controls.As the driving system of electric vehicles,the performance of electric motors directly determines the power performance and safety of electric vehicles.Therefore,in the development process of the vehicle power motor system and before the actual vehicle performance test,the motor system needs to be accurately measured and controlled,which requires the vehicle power motor measurement and control technology to be significantly improved.The motor and electric control need to do a lot of harsh working conditions to test its performance before loading the vehicle.Improving the test efficiency and safety in the early stage is also crucial to shorten the development cycle.Therefore,the development of a motor test system for testing the performance of automotive motors has a good practical role in evaluating the performance of electric vehicles.There are also many general and special test systems on the market,but commercial motor test systems are not only expensive,but also not conducive to the secondary development of customers,especially motor professional research units.To this end,this paper develops a motor measurement and control system that matches the testing needs of the laboratory tank motor project,with the purpose of optimizing on-site debugging work,quickly discovering various problems,and reducing possible bombers during the debugging Accidents,speed up the test process,and improve the safety of test personnel.This paper designs a set of measurement and control platform for permanent magnet synchronous motors for electric vehicles based on the DSP28335 core processor and virtual instrument LabVIEW development platform based on the test requirements of automotive manufacturers on the motors for motor vehicles and the data collection requirements during the later sports car operation.The CAN bus used in the automotive industry is a communication method that connects the motor,electronic control and host computer software to form the entire system.A method for online upgrade of the DSP program based on the CAN bus is designed to achieve theaccuracy of various test conditions before the motor leaves the factory.Control and condition monitoring,and use 4G wireless communication technology to collect sports car data for analysis to ensure the safety and efficiency of the development stage.In the actual test of 700 k W permanent magnet synchronous generator,the relevant data shows that the measurement and control platform can fully meet the needs of motor measurement and control.
